Recipe: Yummy Mini Brownies! Ingredients: 1/3 Box Duncan Hines Fudgy Brownie Mix ( 1.5 cups or 173 g) 1 Large Egg 1 1/3 Tablespoon Water 2 2/3 Tablespoon Oil Toppings during Cooking: Nuts Dried Fruit Flake Salt Chocolate / Toffee Chips Cinnamon Coconut Serve with Fresh Fruit, Ice Cream, Chocolate Syrup and a Cherry on Top! *** Note: Experiment with Mint or Orange extract to partially substitute for water for a new taste! These freeze great! Directions: Pre-Heat Mini Bundt Maker until light goes out Add all ingredinets to a small bowl and mix (about 50 strokes - mix will be thick!) Oil or butter the bundt maker each time Add 3 Tablespoons of mixture to bundt maker and level out Add toppings such as nuts, chips or dried fruit Cook more or less depending on how fudgy you desire the brownie Cook until an inserted toothpick is dry - about 4 minutes or to a temperature above 195F Top with ice cream, chocolate syrup and a cherry on top or fresh fruit
I like that you can customize each brownie with your favorite toppings! I could see small kids getting a kick out of this and making their own custom dessert :)
Great idea!! I think they would love it! Great way to expand their kitchen horizons! It would be great for a campout too! (They might need a couple of little potholders when taking out the brownie - those little tabs get pretty hot even though they are silicon coated.) I think I will get one for both my grandsons - they both love to cook!
Oh no; now I need to buy the bundt maker! I have the waffle and pie maker. I'm going to have to buy a shelf to put all my power station cookers on. Katy I still haven't tried making waffle brownies but I will soon. It will either be a success or a giant gee it sounds like it should work idea.
HaHa - I think I am going to have to add some shelving too! I have several videos planned out that involve new equipment 😁 over the next couple of months - testing in progress..... We will see if they make the cut.... I think the brownies will work great in the waffle maker too - especially if you like crispy edges! (I think the Keto recipes at the end of the video might work also even in the waffle maker). Thank you for your wonderful comment!!! Katy
Well, today the weather was around 40 degrees so I decided to make a batch of toaster waffles to freeze. I used the Kodiak Carb-Conscious mix. The mix is really bland so I made some with Vanilla extract and a batch of cinnamon waffles. I'll give them a try tomorrow morning.@@KatysCampKitchen

When I made my waffles I soon decided to wear a leather glove to open it so I wouldn't get burned.@@KatysCampKitchen

The bundt maker is my favorite so far of the ones that I have tested - I think it is the most versatile....
