Hello Ma'am, what is the point of having hundreds of occupations in the three Australian lists when invitations are being given majorly only to healthcare workers since opening of borders post covid lockdown ? Applicants have fulfilled each & every criteria but the case is not being approved by states. They should remove occupations & should keep only the ones they need so that offshore population is clear before applying that Visa under 491 is never going to come.
I understand where you are coming from. However, the priority sectors are being preferred for the migration year 2024-25 only. From July 2025 the Migration Plans will be for 4 years with many positive changes.
Madam i done my POINTS TEST ADVISORY LETTER - GENERAL SKILLED MIGRATION and the outcome letter came, cannot be recognised by VETASSESS for the purposes of awarding points for qualifications under the General Skilled Migration Points Test. the qualification does not lend itself to comparison to a formal qualification on the AQF. Multimedia specialist (ANZSCO Code: 261211) So this VetAssess Skill Assessment is different or same ?

What are the chances of getting invitation for Financial Institution Branch Manager with 75 points including state nomination point for 491 (Offshore)?
Difficult to ascertain the time. If you occupation falls in the health or education industry you could receive a decision soon as we received a 491 visa grant in 12 days for an education sector applicant whose application was lodged in Dec 2023.

Hi dear...upon receiving an s56 request ..usually they calculate the period of 1 to 3 months from the date of receiving the s56 request or the counting will start after fulfilling the requirements

Thats's okay. You need to live in the regional area of the nominating state for 3 out of 4 years.

We lodged our 491 visa on 14 June 2023 & received the s56 on sept 9 , 2024, when can we accept our grants thanks alot
