So sorry. I was actually tearing up when you were talking. Not sure how you kept it together during the video on the drive. We are all finding Covid surrounding us at work and with family members this year. Some not doing well in the hospital. For you this will be okay. Stay busy. You are lucky to have no symptoms. You will get through this!

I am so sorry to hear about your sucky news about the Testing positive and your plans being changed so drastically. If after the 5 day quarantine is up, and your feeling crafty and miss the feeling of making something, you should come over to my studio and you could make soap, or some bath bombs (I have some new Cada molds) or butters, or anything you want, as I live in Lacey. Not far from yah.
So sorry you all are going through this. You will be back home before you know it. The exact same thing happened with my husband and I. He tested positive and I was negative. So weird. We were literally eating from the same fork the night before he started to feel ill. Stay safe and Happy New Year!

Makes me feel so much better about getting covid seeing you were okay. I'm fully vaxed and boosted and so far everyone I have see test positive after 3 doses is not sick. Keeping me positive. thanks for the vlog 👍

My daughter in law tested positive and then took 3 more tests (being so close to christmas) all the other test came back negative. So her 1st test was the rapid and gave her a false positive. Keep your head up ,stay safe. Fingers crossed this is the only hic up before you get moved in.

I am so sorry this is how "moving" is playing out for you guys, but you have an amazing support system. Everything happens for a reason and will turn out fine. This may just be the calm before the "amazingly good" storm. So sorry to hear that. You aren't the only one......sadly.... I had high hopes for the poke. Take care of yourself. I would retest if you can- especially since it was a rapid test. It took three pcr tests before mine came back positive. It is so crazy! Not sure how accurate these tests are....
I’m suspecting that as well! It’s crazy how Canada is requiring a negative pcr test for its own citizens! I’m pretty mad about it as it affects so many people everyday and causes mass chaos 😞
I am so sorry I am just thankful that you have no symptoms, it hit my whole house hard and we are all locked down till the 12th of December! I think everyone will get it and hopefully be able to build up an immune system towards this virus. Best of luck and take care

HOpe you are able to get home with the second test ... thinking of you both.
I actually can use my positive test to enter Canada after 14 days and no symptoms. So no new test needed. I think covid stays in your system for months after and will show a positive on a test even if you no longer are sick.

Can you get another test? I have heard of many false positives with the rapid test. I hope the best for you all
It’s the PCR that I need to get into Canada and it costs $250 US 🥺. I’d rather just wait it out because that price is ridiculous and I’d rather it go to someone who needs it (I hear tests are hard to come by these days 😞).

@@thezimmermanlife9965 🤦♀️ they are free to some where I live. Just bought 3 home tests this week from Rite Aid. $10 to $15 each. PCR through rite aid is free. PCRthrough doctors office $80 ish. Ppl can’t afford $250
