    Do keep this series going. Finding the content relevant, interesting, hopeful and of value. Most of all entertaining (a strange word to use but cannot think of a better one). The effort that is going into these is appreciated. Thank you.

    I’m in 2 discussion groups consisting of people who share my autistic profile. Connecting with and being understood by others similar to me often leaves me feeling stronger.💛

    Hello Bryan! I am audhd as well and currently suffering from burn out. Though it still feels possible to recover from. I'm wishing you the best and I hope that your recovery goes as well as it can.

    I am not autistic but my son is and we have been both struggling with depression and anxiety this month. I think it might be the extra Moon in August. The Blue Moon in August has two moons and the moon can affect our mood. I love your video it's giving me a lot of information I didn't know. I hope you're feeling better❤

    Making the struggle physical, having a stand-in for my stress, can help. E.g. exercise, martial arts, but NOT abusing people physically or verbally.
