Memories of practicing online turns and spins on a Saturday afternoon with you during your lockdown 2020 classes come flooding back. The occasional falls I took as my two left feet collided during the hook back turns are among my fondest lockdown recollections.

I love this thank you so much. I'm trying to find a better solution to the nausea I'm getting with spins. I'm trying to spot well but MAN, I just get so nauseated.
If spotting doesn't help even after a lot of practice it's good to talk to a doctor, you might have a bit of vertigo, maybe there's some way they can help 😇.
I love this but my left turn is really difficult for me. And the front hook turn ❤️💃🏻❤️

It's Palo De Mango by Quinto Mayor
Left hook must be behind the right foot on 1(hook), 2(turn) 3(then step), and (basic) 5, 6, 7. You can also have a left turn with the right foot in front of the left one in 5(hook), 6(turn) then 7(step) into basic step.
Actually that is true but the more updated version we spin, not step , we prep on 1 or 5 and spin on 2 or 6 😊. I'll make a hook turn video soon 😇.
