19:36 This. Kalyan Ram was amazingly accurate about this. I'm no VFX maverick, but I understand enough to tell that a lot of VFX in most Indian commercial films, irrespective of language, is being required just to make up for improper planning during the shoot. Ee bad planning valla overuse chesestharu VFX ni.
Of course, there have been films where there's been good planning beforehand, and visuals lo adi reflect avthundhi, but for the most part, deeni valla overall quality taggipothundhi.
That is where I feel everyone should learn from SS Rajamouli. Of course, aayanaki dorike antha budget andhariki undadhu, but it's his planning they should learn. RRR, Baahubali making videos, VFX breakdowns choosthe you can see his meticulate planning, and why he relies as much as possible on practical effects. Even in his pre-Baahubali days, when he didn't have these big budgets, what SSR has achieved visually in Maryada Ramanna on that budget is commendable. And it can be mostly attributed to planning.

These are all pretty decent films better than some craps which succeeded but he is right,
