If you ever come to Australia to try our wines, just set up camp in Adelaide. The Barossa is one hour north of Adelaide. McLaren Vale is one hour South and the Adelaide Hills wineries are under an hour from the CBD. The Clare Valley is less than two hours north of Adelaide. Langhorne Creek and Currency Creek are 90 minutes from Adelaide. Come and stay for at least a week. You will not regret it. And I believe that at Turkey Flat in the Barossa has the oldest Shiraz vines (planted in 1842) in the world.
I LOVE Sparkling Shiraz especially at Christmas - it's like Christmas Red "Champagne"! BEEAAUTIFUL! I'm trying to start a new Christmas tradition to cook a Christmas Berry Kissel (jelly) with it, & Chambord Raspberry Liqueur.
i just wanna listen to this bloke talk about our wines forever. i live in the hunter but haven't really been exposed to Australian wines outside of a friend who briefly picked grapes on a vineyard. i love learning about the produce from my own backyard!
Great presentation! However, I'm confused as to why you would show a cityscape of Shanghai when mentioning Australian Wine Discovered at the beginning.
This is an amazing presentation, I could listen to this dude talk for hours
Thank you Casey, we agree!
