Therefore, the essence of true religion is that of linking back, specifically, linking it's followers back to it's source: GOD. Religion is supposed to be a process of assisting men and women to re-connect with the Creator, God. I am Ras Tafari therefore it is an obligatory part of my "RELIGIOUS" duty to assist people in their journey to the path of Christ Conciousness, but from it's original Kemetic root. As opposed to the leaf branch or stem forms of plagiarism, now misconstrued to the point of its value system having no effect on the masses.... Good debate, but the truth is that the enemy of souls puts up a great fight against the church and all who seeks a relationship with Christ. That fight is not the same with any other religion because they are not the road to salvation even though Christ can save them according to his will. This will make it appear like the church is not the way but Gods word cannot fail, its an attempt by the devil to.lead people astray. All these other religions use the same bible and take only the portions they want to serve. The Rastafarian culture is for sure more in touch with reality whilst still holding on to the concept of an ideal society. Rastafari influence in Jamaica has attracted the world to Reggae music because of the lifestyle and divinity of Rasta; it is the peaceful nature of Rasta and the philosophy and opinions of Marcus Garvey that has prevailed to be the resort for most who seek a balance livity.
