I live in Tampa (Brandon/Riverview) next time try to stay a couple of extra days and go to Ybor City (pronounced like Ebor City) and get some great cuban food at the Columbia Restaurant and other restaurants in DT Tampa. Just grab a trolley or take the River Walk. . Come back soon.
Just stayed in the Hampton Inn part of this location. Great place. Loved the roof top pool, the places to eat in walking distance, and the short drive to Bern's Steakhouse.
