Smug has gotta be the most entertaining sfv streamer. Even without a microphone I can imagine what his commentary would have been during that match and it makes me laugh. :)

I just started watching competitions the other day after watching a bunch of videos by Core-A Gaming. I've been missing out!
Until now, many Spanish players had not been able to travel outside to play tournaments because of the lack of sponsorships. Vegapatch has put Mr. Problem X on the ropes in the last tournaments and now he has brushed Daigo and Smug. I can not wait to see his future as a SF player. Shanks in DBFZ also has a lot to say.
Unfortunately we dont have more Smug like players. At the end of the day, even when he loses, he will always win our sympathy for making a fighting game more fun to watch and less salty to play.
@@AbcDef-fs4rj Speaking from personal experience--Platinum G player--not from tier lists. Fang is the one zoning character that gives G trouble. Because he always shoots two balls you can only Gshield in the air, and its easy for him to command dash in and punish this with his ridiculous HP anti-air. His normals are long enough to contest yours, and are more plus on block. Its a rough matchup in my opinion. Much harder than fighting guile, sagat, menat, dhalsim etc.
Fang's most match-ups are even he does really good vs Abigail and that's it. G has good dmg in vt1 and way more health than Fang thus making the match even. Plus, he has cmd thow so more offensive options.
Smug doesn’t have good enough grappler fundamentals to play G offline. He should have been forcing tick command grabs during those blocked jump ins or close st.mp’s. Instead, he did it at the most predictable moment of an entire match, the last knockdown. RIP lmao
