Ok, so according to this, the only thing I'm not doing is living in an affordable house only oh wait I'm stuck paying rent that's higher than a mortgage rate because no bank is willing to approve a mortgage unless I break the 5th rule and incurs credit card debt. Seems like a bit of a loaded, broken system or just bad advice and I'm leaning to the former personally.

In fact, as we get older, it becomes ever more important to have the security to support ourselves in old age and to pay for our full time care. These two are examples of a life well lived, and we are wise to pay attention to their advice. I do not see slaves when I see Buffett and the late Charlie Munger. Their genius is being offered for free to those of us who can listen.
