@Nabil school hi there! No worries about not requesting anything for a long time. La Plata would be a location further south in the state of Missouri, so to help me plan out where to place La Plata i will first build, Fort Madison along side the Mississippi River. No worries La Plata just like many other locations are planned. Currently I’m working on the BNSF racetrack from Aurora, to Chicago Union station.
