If it's too expensive, buy it in Poland, a studio apartment on the Baltic Sea with a sea view for at least 4.000 Eur per square metre. The Baltic Sea has beautiful beaches, but it's constantly raining, cold, windy and.... very expensive, that's why I bought it in Spain :)
