I like your presentation because you really show the potential. I got itchy hands now and want to get a fixer upper. How easy/hard it is to hire professional contractor to renovate for someone who is foreigner? My main worry would be that contractor can take advantage especially if you do not leave there and cannot check in all the time.
Unfortunately all those with British passports can now only stay for a max of 90 days at a time so purchases of foreign holiday homes is less appealing.
