I think BSNL 4G is not started at 700 Mhz (Band 28) in your area. Which has better indoor coverage and speed. In My City (Nagpur), BSNL 4G Gives 50+ Mbps speed in Band 28( 700 Mhz).
Your Phone must support this 4g Band (28). Some Motorola phones have support but it only works in band 1 (2100 Mhz). Not latch on the band 28.
700mhz jio n28 band 5g ke liye use karta hai.
