Thank yoooou! I actually found out through your comment !! XD I had no idea the results were out and almost freaked out when I read it! Thank you one again!!
Haha, thank you!! 😚 i hope I'll get used to making videos. oh, I am currently working on a character with a lot of springs in the hair - it's probably my favorite way of animating hair now. I'll share a better tutorial soon :)
Hi Dimi! I plan to 🤗 I am learning how to edit and organize my thoughts and information better! More tutorials will come soon, and they'll be more detailed :) tutorials can end up very dry 😭 and I want to make them as interesting as possible. Thank you for the kind words and comment! 😙✌
This is so great. Your character is so cute. I really like it. Maybe, you could give us more information about making hair in Blender. Maybe tutorial about it. This toon style is something that I really like. Amazing job.
Thank you Tanja! :3 I'll see what I can do once the acculip contest is done. I was planning to make a far more detailed WIP, but it was taking too much time to edit, so maybe next time I'll do a longer one just for the hair! Thank you again!
@@animashinka you're welcome. I'm so glad that I come across to your video. Actually, I was finding it at Reallusion's forum. I also have no long experience with Iclone too and this was my first competition with it.
I am also having problems creating clothes for CC3 due to the weightmaps. If you find a solution could you post it? :) I use marvelous designer to create the clothes and export the obj file. Spent an hour or so trying again last night. So frustrating. My options now are to just complete my character and motion and then import that to marvelous designer to simulate the cloth. Great Work though and thanks for the insights!
Thank you Cheyenne!! Will do! I wish I was more profecient with Marvelous Designer :/ So far, I am trying to cheat my way through Blender and Iclone7. 😂But yes, I think it really depends on the type of clothes. I just saw your videos and your clothes look amazing though!!!
@@animashinka Thanks! Yea it took me sometime to understand how to get them to move appropriately. It took me a couple of times but i think i got it. :) I still would like to know how to get the same clothes to work for still images in CC# without having to fix the mesh each time.
👏 great tutorial, I would love a little more insight on how you went about using the “spring” on an accessory like the braid. I tried rigging something similar and importing it to iclone 8 but the mesh doesn’t follow the bones :(
Thank you Kyle! I go more in depth about the process of animating the spring in my second tutorial about Judar. (3D Judar Tutorial #2) :) Let me know if you have any questions. I added the rig in the hair in Blender and did the weight paint there as well. Then imported it to Iclone and activated the Spring function. The rest is explained in the video.
@@animashinka thank you so much for the fast reply! I rigged my accessory in C4D but for some reason the bones don’t move the mesh (even though it works just fine in C4D) Maybe I should try using Blender to rig, perhaps there’s some kind of flaw when using C4D for this purpose. Either way, thank you so much ❤️❤️
Turns out that I had done everything right but instead of importing the rig as an “accessory” it needs to be imported as a “prop”! Thanks again for your help :)
Hey Radit, I used the Cartoon Bundle from the reallusion website to start with. I am thinking of doing another character soon, so I might create a tutorial step-by-step if you are interested :)
I have the software listed in the thumbnail and title :) Plus, I say which software I am using in the start of the video. Yep, I agree, it's not cheap. It's up to everyone to decide if it's worth their money. I use it because I found it easier and more intuitive than the others for what I want to do personally. But you can get the same if not better quality through Blender and Unreal Engine. Every time someone asks me if they should buy Iclone or CC, I always recommend checking the free softwares first and to consider the additional price they'll have to pay for every plug-in (sigh...). But yes, I did manage to save a lot of time using Reallusion's products and I am happy to share any random tips to people who already have it. But I'll never compare it to the other compeititors in the market, I think they all have their strengths, weaknesses and target market :) That's all.
Uhhhh…. How aren’t you already a major YT star? Your voice, video editing and of course talent are amazing! Can’t wait to see your journey on YT!
Thank you Frank! :3 Much appreciated!
Congratulations for winning the best Character prize. Wish you best of luck!

awesome! Very informative (and relaxing - you've a great voice for this)! I was a bit hesitant about cloth and springs but you have inspired me!
