    Assalam o Alaikum, I really appreciate the effort you're putting in these videos. ❤ I'm a graduate of 2020 and recently I've completed my two year post graduateship in dermatology. Now I want to know how can I pursue as a dermatologist in Germany.

    • @infotainment360-germany
      @infotainment360-germany  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Fariha,
      To pursue a career as a dermatologist in Germany, you must fulfill several requirements related to medical qualification, language proficiency, licensing, and work authorization. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you through the process:1. Recognition of Medical Qualifications (Anerkennung)To work as a dermatologist in Germany, you need to have your medical degree and post-graduate qualifications recognized. This process, known as "Anerkennung," involves assessing your credentials to ensure they meet German standards.Contact the relevant German authority (usually the "Landesprüfungsamt" or "Bezirksregierung") in the state where you intend to work. Submit your medical degree, post-graduate certificate in dermatology, transcripts, and other documents that demonstrate your training and experience.2. Language ProficiencyGermany requires you to be proficient in German. Most medical licensing authorities demand at least C1 level proficiency in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). This is crucial for patient communication and teamwork.You might need to pass a language exam like the "Goethe-Zertifikat" or "Telc." Additionally, there might be a specific exam for medical terminology, often called the "Fachsprachprüfung."3. Medical License (Approbation)To practice medicine in Germany, you need an "Approbation," the medical license. Along with the recognition of your qualifications, you'll need to pass a background check and prove language proficiency. Depending on the assessment of your credentials, you might need to pass a medical knowledge exam.The process can be lengthy, so start as early as possible.4. Specialist Training in Germany (Facharztausbildung)Despite your post-graduate training in dermatology, Germany generally requires additional specialist training within the country to align with local standards. This training typically lasts about five years and includes rotations in various dermatology-related fields.Look for training positions at hospitals or clinics labeled as "Assistenzarzt" or "Facharzt in Weiterbildung."
      Consulting a professional advisor or immigration specialist can be beneficial to help navigate complex procedures. The process might seem challenging, but with the right preparation and persistence, you can successfully pursue your dermatology career in Germany. Good luck!

    Hello sir,
    1:

    2: sir , can medical students also choose epidemiology/ public health as carrier?

    • @infotainment360-germany
      @infotainment360-germany  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dear Ahmed,
      1. Yes, foreign medical graduates from China or Russia can potentially practice in Germany, but they would need to fulfill certain requirements. The procedure typically involves recognition of their medical qualifications by the relevant German authorities, which may include language proficiency tests, equivalence evaluations, and possibly additional exams or training depending on individual circumstances. The specific process can vary, so it's advisable to contact the appropriate German medical authorities for detailed guidance.
      2. Absolutely, medical students can choose epidemiology or public health as a career path. There are various career opportunities available in research, public health agencies, academia, healthcare organizations, and governmental bodies for individuals with expertise in epidemiology and public health. Check their relevant websites for detailed information.
      Best of luck

    • @infotainment360-germany
      @infotainment360-germany  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dear Mahnoor,
      Yes, several documents typically need to be attested when applying for postgraduate studies (PG) in Germany from Pakistan. Here is a list of common requirements:
      1. **Educational Documents**:
      - Bachelor's degree certificate.
      - Transcripts of records.
      - Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent.
      - Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent.
      These documents should be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
      2. **Language Proficiency Proof**:
      - Proof of German language proficiency (if the program is in German) or
      - Proof of English language proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) for programs in English.
      Language certificates typically do not need attestation, but it's best to check specific requirements of the university.
      3. **Passport Copy**:
      - A copy of your passport should be notarized.
      4. **Motivation Letter and CV**:
      - Generally, these do not need to be attested but must be well-written and complete.
      5. **Letters of Recommendation**:
      - These letters typically do not require attestation but must be signed and on official letterhead.
      6. **Work Experience Certificates** (if applicable):
      - These should be attested by the relevant organizations or notary public.
      7. **Other Certificates and Awards**:
      - Attested by the issuing institutions or a notary public if necessary.
      8. **APS Certificate**:
      - From 2023, students from Pakistan might need an APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) certificate, which verifies the authenticity of academic documents. This is a crucial step before applying to German universities.
      **Process for Attestation**:
      1. **HEC Attestation**:
      - Register on the HEC e-portal, fill in your details, and schedule an appointment.
      - Visit the HEC office with original documents and copies for attestation.
      2. **Foreign Office Attestation**:
      - After HEC attestation, documents may need further attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
      3. **German Embassy Attestation**:
      - In some cases, attested documents may require further verification from the German Embassy in Pakistan. Check with the embassy for the latest requirements.
      Always check with the specific university and program for any additional or unique requirements. They may have particular forms, additional documentation, or specific instructions for document submission and attestation.

      For postgraduate studies in Germany, you typically need to submit your documents directly to the university or program you're applying to. Each university may have its own application process and requirements, so it's essential to check their website or contact their admissions office for specific instructions on where and how to submit your documents. Many universities offer online application portals where you can upload your documents electronically. Make sure to follow the instructions provided by the university to ensure your application is complete.
      Defizitbescheid jb aega apko uski base p gap ko pora krny k lie Germany jana hota hy, us bescheid ki base p visa lag jata hy.
      provisional license pr ap full time job ni krskty or wo specific months k lie tb tk milta hy jb tk apko permanent license k exam ki tareekh ni milti. ultimate goal permanent license hy. Permanent license k bad he job milti hy or us k bad hi ap PR and nationality k ehal hotay ho.
      lastly till you stay there in germany, you can earn through odd jobs too and block account visa ki requirements hain wo same he hy har state ma.
      best of luck :)😊

      Dear friend,
      Dear there is no specific time to take medical license exam. Usually, you apply for it, as soon as a slot become available, you will be informed to take test.
      to stay in Germany you need atleast 700€ per month to overcome all the expenses. In the meantime, you can do odd jobs or search for jobs related to ur field.
      For citizenship, you can apply for it after 5 years of your stay in Germany, if you complete B1 level of German. However, if you do german language till level C1 you can apply for citizenship.
      once you have job and your total period of stay fulfil their requirements, you can apply and get nationality.

      @infotainment360-germany  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dear Usama, your question can be precisely answered by any government person. There is no specific amount of seats. The number of seats vary from province to province and on demand. So i can't give u exact number. The chances for Asians are same as of other nationals, if the fulfill all their requirements.
      Here are some of the requirements that you must follow and fulfill.
      To get into residency in Germany as a non-EU medical graduate, you typically need to follow these steps:
      Obtain a recognition of your foreign medical degree by the competent German medical association.
      Pass the German language proficiency test (TestDaF or DSH) to demonstrate your ability to communicate in German.
      Apply for the "Approbation" or medical license, which is required to practice medicine in Germany.
      Look for available residency programs and apply to them. Keep in mind that the competition for residency positions in Germany is high.
      Participate in the selection process, which may include an interview and assessment of your professional skills.
      Note: The exact requirements and processes may vary depending on the state you are in, so it is recommended to check the specific regulations of the state in which you want to practice medicine.

    • @infotainment360-germany
      @infotainment360-germany  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      block account is about 1028 euro per month.
      The difficulty level of this exam can be quite high, and it is somewhat comparable to exams like the PLAB (UK) or USMLE (US), though with some differences in focus and content.
      Fachsprachenprüfung (FSP): While this exam is more about language proficiency, it still requires a good understanding of medical terminology in German and the ability to communicate effectively in a medical context. If your German language skills are strong, it might be less challenging, but still requires specific preparation.Kenntnisprüfung (KP): The medical knowledge exam is quite challenging and is more specialized compared to general medical knowledge exams. The content can be similar to what is covered in the final exams of German medical students, focusing on clinical cases, diagnostics, and treatment relevant to Germany. This makes it more specialized than exams like PLAB but less comprehensive than USMLE, which covers a broader range of medical knowledge.

This is because the German authorities want to ensure that the practical training aligns with the local medical education standards of that country.
      The house job or internship is a mandatory part of medical training in Germany and must be in line with German expectations for practical experience, which typically involves rotations in different clinical specialties.
      Some countries like China or Uzbekistan do not automatically offer internships or house jobs to foreign students after they complete their MBBS/MD. This creates a challenge for FMGs who wish to move to Germany.
      For example, in countries like China, internships are usually part of the medical program for domestic students, but foreign students might not have the same access or opportunities. This leads to FMGs facing difficulty in fulfilling the German requirement for a completed house job from their study country.
      The German medical licensure process is strict about the quality and completeness of medical education. FMGs must ensure that their education, including practical training, meets the required standards.
      FMGs are usually required to submit detailed documents proving their clinical experience, which should include official internship certificates from the study country.
      If an FMG has not completed a house job in the study country, they may need to pursue additional steps, such as completing a similar internship in another country recognized by Germany or fulfilling compensatory training requirements in Germany.
      If the country where the FMG studied does not provide an internship, they may face difficulties in directly applying for licensure in Germany. However, alternative pathways may exist:
      Gap-filling internships: Some FMGs might need to complete additional clinical internships in other countries that are recognized by the German medical authorities.
      (Kenntnisprüfung): FMGs may need to take additional exams in Germany to prove their medical knowledge if the internship or education requirements are not fully met.
      In some cases, FMGs may also be required to complete a clinical internship or practical training in Germany itself. However, this is usually considered after an assessment of the FMG’s qualifications.
      hope it will help

    Sir what about FMGS if they have Md degree and one year of House Job? Can they apply??? Kindly let me know about the basic documents requirements please 🙏😊

    • @infotainment360-germany
      @infotainment360-germany  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Dear Jafar,
      For Germany, the equivalent examination to FMGS is the "Approbation" process, which allows foreign medical graduates to practice medicine in Germany. To apply for Approbation with an MD degree and one year of House Job, you would typically need the following basic documents:
      MD Degree Certificate: A recognized medical degree certificate from your home country or another country where you obtained your medical qualification.
      Transcript of Records: Official transcripts detailing your medical education and training, including courses completed, grades, and clinical rotations.
      Proof of House Job: Certificate or letter confirming completion of at least one year of supervised clinical internship (House Job).
      Language Proficiency: Evidence of proficiency in the German language, usually through passing a recognized language proficiency exam such as TestDaF or DSH. This is a crucial requirement for medical practice in Germany.Identity and Passport/Visa: Copies of your passport and any relevant visas or residence permits.Good Standing Certificate: A certificate verifying that you are in good standing with the medical regulatory authority or licensing body in your home country, confirming that you are eligible to practice medicine there.
      Additional Documents: Depending on individual circumstances and the requirements of the regional Approbation authority, you may need to provide additional documents such as a curriculum vitae (CV), letters of recommendation, or a criminal record clearance certificate.It's important to note that the specific requirements and procedures for Approbation may vary slightly depending on the federal state (Bundesland) in Germany where you are applying. It's recommended to check with the appropriate approbation authority in your intended state for the most up-to-date information and guidance on the application process.

    AOA Sir,
    1) The bank statement(Finanzierungsnachweis) is mandatory or not and exact amount .?
    2) Can we take knowledge exam(Kenntnisprufung) from Pakistan.?
    3) If i receive DEFIZITBESCHEID and i do apply for visa, then long it takes to get full registration(APPROBATION) if we pass exams in first attempts.
    waiting for your reply sir g.

      @infotainment360-germany  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, a financial proof (Finanzierungsnachweis) is generally required when applying for a visa to work in Germany as a doctor. This proof ensures that you can support yourself financially during your stay. The exact amount required can vary based on the region and specific circumstances, but generally, it should cover living expenses for at least a year. As of 2024, the general guideline for financial proof is approximately €11,208 per year, which is around €934 per month. However, it is advisable to check the most current requirements as they can change.
      2. Kenntnisprüfung exam must be taken in Germany and cannot be taken from abroad, such as in Pakistan.
      3. On average, it might take anywhere from a few months to over a year to receive full registration after passing the Kenntnisprüfung exams and fulfilling all other requirements.
      Best of luck

      To practice medicine in Germany, you need to demonstrate proficiency in the German language. Typically, you need a B2 or C1 level depending on states.
      The number of hours you can work with a provisional license depends on the regulations of the specific federal state. Generally, it allows for 20 hours to 40 hours practice but is subject to state-specific rules.
      You can expect a monthly salary ranging from approximately €2,000 to €4,000, depending on the hospital and region.
