i love how the moment Mario and Peppino started antagonizing each other and had that final fight, it legit felt like both sides' plot armors were colliding. also loved how Pizzaface/Head is like only a minor asset that happens to be in the way of these two's rage-filled onslaught on eachother.
I would just like to mention that peppino was on par with mario’s style even without break dancing, pulling out the pp clothes, and did it all while sugarcoating it. He let mario leave with his dignity.
I swear the videos where its solo mario are legit THE BEST ONES. This whole episode gave me a huge kick up the nose with the amount of nostalgia i felt. Because this is exactly the kind of formula the r64 series used. Such a breath of fresh air of an episode.

I hope that this remains canon for a few episodes. While other members of the crew are off doing things, Mario is helping out at the pizza shop. Maybe this is a way to help pay for the castle? Because Mario is able to get an actual salary now.
Honestly this has to be one of my favourite SMG4 videos of all time. So many great jokes and work went into this. It's fantastically funny and chaotic. You got yourselves a real banger here! Mario and Peppino are an amazing team and have a great friendship

We probably need more of Peppino in SMG4 videos. His bizarreness and Mario-like-ness perfectly fits the formula. Though I feel like SMG4 wants to abstract himself from parody comedy to farce comedy with more of his own original elements.
Not gonna lie - as someone who worked at a Dominos, just *watching* this was cathartic. All that aside, this was a WONDERFULLY crafted episode! The moment Mario and Peppino met, I had a feeling things were gonna go great. Que the halfway point - my jaw DROPPED when I saw the 2D segment, how well they recreated Pizza Tower's gameplay in both a faithful and funny way, and that end bit man- Not gonna lie, you guys ACTUALLY made me get Pizza Tower - no regrets. FANTASTIC episode! Really hope we see more like this! 💙
My SMG4 hat arrived a few days ago, and the postcard that came with it made me realize that I don't buy these kinds of things for the sake of having the item, but I buy them mostly to support creators like you guys that I just have massive respect for. I mean you guys have grown so popular from Gmod animated skits and that is incredible! Not to mention you guys have made some really damn good arcs and emotional scenes with writing that feels like they would belong in actual hollywood films. But instead they're here on youtube, free for people to view and enjoy. Keep up the amazing work!

This Mario and Pizza Tower crossover has to be one of the best modern SMG4 episodes. They made custom Pizza Tower-esque animations for Mario, and even a custom version of the Pizza Tower intro. Not to mention the fact that they made Mario run through a Pizza Tower-esque level as if he were actually in the game. This truly feels like a "If Mario Was In... Pizza Tower" episode, and it was just great. It was also funny as heck. XD
I haven’t watched Smg4 in a while, but I really enjoyed this one a lot. I always feel like the Mario solo episodes are the best, and the way you fit Pizza Tower in here with a story is really great! Im sure in just a couple of years this is already gonna start feeling nostalgic, as Pizza Tower gets older. It feels like a heartfelt tribute to the game and was so much fun to watch. :)
Mario sure knows how to stir up trouble, doesn't he? But the real star of the show for me was Peppino. That little guy had me laughing from start to finish. I couldn't help but think that he would make a great addition to the SMG4 crew. He's got spunk, he's got personality, and he's got some serious pizza-making skills. The moment Mario and Peppino met, I had a feeling things were gonna go great. Que the halfway point - my jaw DROPPED when I saw the 2D segment, how well they recreated Pizza Tower's gameplay in both a faithful and funny way, and that end bit man- Not gonna lie, you guys ACTUALLY made me get Pizza Tower - no regrets.
