For the partisans, all i'll say is historically when the Red ARmy entered areas controlled by partisans, they had orders to disarm them. Stalin was very paranoid and felt that if they were willing to fight against German tyranny, they'd be a threat against his tyranny. So with very few exceptions, the Red army would use them to clear the area, then disarm them.
