Most SRW final bosses have special lines for every series protagonist at least. The Edel (it is "the", as in "I'm THE Edel Bernal, that other one was a fake that I created,) The special thing about The Edel is that his lines are biting commentary on the character or series and often break the fourth wall.
He is an awesome final boss. He so over the top, Crazy and sometimes even scary And to tell the truth he is really difficult to defeat if you are getting all sr points during the firstplaythrough

A boss that has a special quote for pretty much everyone and has a badass theme like this is good enough for me. I'm tired of having fucked up aliens, fake gods or greedy humans as final bosses. Ji Adel was a breath of fresh air and he kinds of reminds me of Kefka/Joker for some reason.
Gotta love how the Organ bit is extended at the beginning. It's like "Yeah, this is the REAL final boss."

The Edel Bernal was HILARIOUS. I can't see how he was disappointing.

To be honest I hate this guy.
It gave him an impressive amount of character for an antagonist that literally doesn't appear until the very final stage.
