Dude, seriously such an awesome catch and mix of units! I'm glad to see that scrapyard is receiving a healthy number of cars.
I was surprised to see them pull out 5 cars and I got them taking apart the grain train earlier. It's always a good day when you don't have to leave town to film. Lol
@@therailroadtiespiker Exactly! And Kokomo has some nice locations and trains, so it's a win win.
Good video Sir! I haven't been able to figure out the need for so many locomotives.
Great video.
Thank you cythree
ChainsawN&W1218, nice looking GP38-2.
Yes it is this was the first time I've seen this locomotive here in Kokomo.
Good video
Thanks Dan I also caught them tearing down the grain train at Kokomo Grain using the two UP engines.
Ur w , cool , don't get to see trains assembled or taken apart very much
Strange to see GE power on that track
Yes it always is.
Those GE's for Kokomo Grain. Was this branch line or a former main line of a fallen flag?
I know Conrail used this line for a time and yes they brought the grain train into town.
Why was dragging around those big U P hogs? Not for that one move.
Yes so the conductor didn't have to ride the point and it was so I could make a really cool video. Lol
Dude….A filthy part of American speech.
Yes and on a bridge that's painted to the town/State college. Lol
