Yeah it can be super weedy, it does tend to be far worse when the tide is dropping, or for the first hour of the flood. It's a nice little venue there👍🎣🎣

I was down holiday for a couple weeks. ended up going down to bembridge off the ledges at low tide. there are so many bass - i could see them all in the pools hunting in shallow water.

@@FrugalOutdoors yeah hooked a bunch on lures. Landed a few . Alot going on down there forsure. Low tide. You'll need waders ideally. Allows you to stay there alot longer. Next time I'm down I'm getting accomodation there to fish it hard 😂😂🎣 My partners family live on the island.
Brilliant video Dylan , well done on the bass , i didn't know about the eels tbh , you have hit on my pet hate which is fishing line left lying around , i was out on Thursday & i picked up empty hook packets & fishing line , the annoying thing is there is a bin not 5 yards away , take care & tight lines
Thanks mate, it is crazy how much stuff people leave, I know sometimes it's easy to miss the odd packet or piece of line in the dark when packing up, but some of it is just pure laziness👍🎣🎣

Yeah it's a nice easy venue there. You can use normal shore crab for the hounds, and sometimes they can outfish peelers. I have noticed quite often when I get a bass, I check the stomach to see what they are feeding on, and there is often loads of small shore crabs in there👍👍🎣🎣

Nice bass Dylan, I've never understood about eels being protected when you can get jellied eels in Tesco's, I know folk in Holland that catch and eat eels regularly and elvers are exported to Japan from the UK, crazy rules although I think we should protect them. Take care, Norfolk Ray
