    Outstanding effort! And looks like you have recovered from your injury as well. Cheers!

    • @RunUncleRun
      @RunUncleRun  ปีที่แล้ว

      Alan Bingham Thank you! Yes, I think I may have about 95% recovered from my injury. That is why I chose 50km instead of my usual 100km category to prevent overexertion on my recovery knee.

    Congratulations, Uncle Kok. I really like your comment that 'It is too hot to run' then kept on walking instead of running no matter how your body felt at the very moment! This demonstration can save lives! We run to enjoy the running journey and not to endanger our very precious lives ❤

    Well done👍 You handled that course very well. Did you do anything to prevent blisters with wet shoes and socks?
    Congratulations!

    • @RunUncleRun
      @RunUncleRun  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Holly Peterson Herr Thank you! No, I did not do anything special to prevent blisters with wet shoes and socks. May be I already conditioning my feet to use to the wet shoes and socks during my training run on the rainy days. Another possible reason is I tying my shoes pretty tight so my feet will not more around in the shoes to prevent any friction or abrasion.

      @@RunUncleRun I'm going to have to try that...I have one foot that gets blisters every time I go through water. I need to figure out a good remedy.

    Hi all!
    Anyone know what is the second cave called?

    • @RunUncleRun
      @RunUncleRun  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      CL Mah if I am not wrong that is the Star Droppings Cave (Gua Tahi Bintang), are named based on the cave walls resembling clusters of star droppings falling from the sky.

    Hi Uncle Kok, how are you? hope you are doing fine and happy :). i was wondering if i can meet you up one day for a macritchie run to learn the different ways you hold your insta 360 to get the informative angles for your running. It would be really good learning for me that will help me producing my own things i wanted to share!

    • @RunUncleRun
      @RunUncleRun  ปีที่แล้ว

      TalesInc I seldom run to MacRitchie unless it is a long distance training run. If you really wanted to meet up, I usually run to Dairy Farm Nature Park on every Sunday morning around 7:30-8:00am.

  • @TalesIncs

    Also, can i first know your insta 360 model? :)

    • @RunUncleRun
      @RunUncleRun  ปีที่แล้ว

      TalesInc I used Insta360 One X3.
