Such a talented family. And so hard working! All that instrumental skill, vocal control and sweet harmony, (and especially that little brother's faultless drumming), doesn't come that smoothly without hours and hours and HOURS of practice! Great performance once again.

Naces produces a great variety of sound on that keyboard, but she might do even better if she had a double decker - that is if they can fit a larger instrument into that small space that they jam themselves into. I just watched their great cover of Abba's "Fernando", and one of Ice's cymbals is partially packed in underneath the backend of the keyboard. If you've noticed, when a song does not require the keyboard, Naces plays bass, dad sits out on the sidelines, and they remove the keyboard from the room. I think Ice needs some special recognition on this one -- in fact he's really the star of this show for flawlessly taking on the challenging "Porcaro Shuffle" named after Toto's legendary drummer Jeff Porcaro. He in turn took the gist of the shuffle from another legendary drummer, Bernard Purdie widely known as the "Purdie Shuffle". Both of these virtuosos played with Steely Dan which is a certification of genius. Few professional drummers can really handle this complex drum arrangement although the complexity is not noticeable to laymen listerners. Even the great prodigy Yoyoka Soma found this challenging when she was about 12 years old. She had always looked like she was having a blast on her earlier covers which go back to her 8th year, but when she took on "Rosanna" she was as serious as a heart attack, concentrating hard to get it right. It is a right of passage for young drummers if they can do it at all, and Ice blew my mind pulling it off without a hitch.
