    I’m watching from France. Like this place is from an other planet.
    Here everything is forbidden, no snowmobile, no big trucks, looks like even the snow this season.
    Great content 🙌🔥 keep up the good work

    would you mind sharing with us the settings you used to export the video and upload to youtube? they look so sharp compared to my footages, regardless of if i direct upload as h.264, h.265 or having had it processed and re-exported via Adobe Premiere. Once i upload to youtube i've lost so much quality.
    your footage is awesome as usual, and thank you for bringing more awareness of 360 cameras to the community!

    Great job TJ! The vid quality keeps getting better and more entertaining. I really like how your background music never gets in the way of watching the video. Group run on the 10 footer was epic! Got me pumped for Mammoth tomorrow although we haven't had fresh pow like that all month : (

    Love these untouched sections and throwing the snowmobiles in them. Epic shot at the end with the whole crew and that rock drop in the background. 👍. Loving the content man.

    How much color grading did you get the the sky to pop like that! One thing im looking forward tot his season is trying out the insta360 one R vs the max as i think going forward ill only shoot any board sports with a 360 camera
    Ps, ive also ordered the one x2 cause one can never have to many cameras.

    Nice I go backcountrying with the nomad board. And got a decathalon 500 endzone for slopes a few days ago. People give me mixed reviews though about keeping or return. It is great price and useful I hear. But brand is sketchy. What do you say, should I return or is it worth keeping even for two years is fine for me to do with. Maybe 15 times if it breaks the 16th is cool for me lol

    random question, but I am trying to get more into park and I want to start learning boardslides (and other sideways tricks) and I watched your vid about detuning your edges. How important is it to do that? I don't have a stone to do it with right now and I also don't want to risk messing up my edges. Will it cause problems if my edges are too sharp, or is it more about technique?

    • @BoardArchive
      @BoardArchive  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      its not critical to detune your edges. I don't detune the edges on any of my boards anymore and ride all the boards I review with very sharp edges. If you do have sharp edges while learning it is much more likely to catch your edge if you pressure the board the wrong way by accident while sliding. The condition of the features and how well they maintain features at your resort is also a factor.
      At the end of the day, if rail tricks are a main focus of your riding it is probably a good idea to detune. If you spend less than 60 or 70% of your time riding rails then it becomes more subjective. You can always sharpen them again if you don't like it. The biggest disadvantage will be the loss of edge hold in more firm snow conditions. The biggest benefit is peace of mind and confidence as you're trying new features and rails tricks. Hope this helps your decision.

      @@BoardArchive thanks for the quick and insightful response as always, much appreciated. I live on the east coast so icy conditions are a real struggle and I like hitting jumps and jibs equally so I am not going to detune it for now.
