Packing for Paris! My strategy + post-trip reflection

- In my debut youtube video, I talk through my strategy for choosing outfits + efficiently packing them for my 8-day trip to Paris, France. As an enthusiastic style gal, I want to make sure I bring enough to feel like myself, but not overpack. Later in the video, I unpack and reflect on what I didn't wear to apply the strategies to future travel packing.

I really love your style! And good advice. I never had a word for it but I always imagine all these outfits I am going to wear and I end up never wearing them. Too aspirationally is a good way to put it! 1 fancy outfit probably is enough for most trips, I'll keep that all in mind!
You should make stuff and sell it! I’m obsessed with that checkered bib you made!
Really enjoyed this! If you do a packing/reflection video again, I'd love to see photos of what you wore each day - to be able to visualise the outfits, and how the items you packed all worked together. Looking forward to more videos!

yes! I still packed aspirationally, but each trip I do a little better job remember what I feel comfy + confident in!

This is such a useful video!!! I’m going to Germany/The Netherlands this month, so I really appreciated how to talk through bringing cohesive pieces. I especially liked the reflection afterwards - that’s something I need to start doing lol

I really enjoyed this! I love your instagram so this was cool to have pop up in my recommended. I also just got back from a 4 day trip with a strict hand luggage allowance only and I also am a shopper while I'm abroad so it was interesting hearing your experiences from someone not looking to just create the bog standard capsule wardrobe, and who goes away knowing it's likely they'll be accumulating a few things while they're away.
YES! I will never be able to do the "one outfit for the entire trip" kind of packing, and I also *know* I'm gonna get some souvenirs, so I try to take that into consideration. We're not "wrong" for wanting to pack and travel that way!
