    Q shows you how to quiet the first gen down in a video with a rubber band, runs silent. Just got the 3rd gen last week very solid machine and the concept keeps evolving for the better, it's harder to quiet down than the first two iterations but massive adjustable stroke length allows to put a bumper in to make it silent as well.

      I usually put a bunch of rubber bands next to each other because they brake and then I can slide next one on

      @@TattooShopTalk I use a single small flat band on the gen 1, and a piece of ducktape doubled up and tabbed for easy removal on the gen 3. cheers

      Arches cold pressed or hot pressed cotton paper, watercolor block. The block is bound on all 4 sides, eliminating most warping from watercolor washes. 12x16 inches
      Micron/copic Fineliner .5-.8 larger for traditional work, Dr PH Martins Hydros liquid PIGMENT watercolors. NOT The Radiant line, they are dye based and used for temporary commercial use only, not archival.
      Some variation and that standard size have been used in Traditional US shops for 50 years.

    How would you rate the Vibration of the torque compared to the Power Wands? Much less or pretty much the same? For me the Packer feels like rather on the strong Vibration side

    • @TattooShopTalk
      @TattooShopTalk  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Well. Torque that I have is 3.5mm stroke that is more chill than 4.2mm stroke on Packer Wand pluss I use Torque with a bigger grip. But if you already have Packer Wand I would say - look into different grip options... either bigger aluminium ones , heavier steel or silicon ones

    As far as how it feels while tattooing, would you recommend the sol nova unlimited 4.0 or the critical torque 3.5? Do they feel similar?
    I do both bold and soft color, but not traditional boldness lol
    Thank you so much! Love the content

      I would personally recommend Sol Nova and I would wait a bit because word out there is that in few weeks they should have new version out

      If it fits your budget and you want to support great machine maker then why not. I know that there are also cheaper alternatives out there

    Hello guys, you are very funny, you know man, I don't like worrying about machine variations, I could make mine myself, but they don't look professional, for me they have to Being direct drive and without many adjustments, the essential thing would be the needle adjustment, there should be less things to break and in a simple way you can change the motor,Troca o encaixe RCA de energia e pode trocar as baterias , eu não quero me acostumar com uma pegada na máquina e depois ter que me acostumar a outra com formato diferente

      @@TattooShopTalki really think u should try one of Dan's machines that arent full of adjusments like the swingliner or dmc they line like sidewinder but alson dontvhave to do dance in a full moon ....theirs also a euro builder deki iron he makes sidewinder type of machine but no confusing tuning

    • @TattooShopTalk

      I don't know how I feel about Dan Kubins machines. I will try it if I can get it for reasonable price. I'm more leaning towards sidewinder alternatives
