Hi guys!! I'm Sobin, I make educational videos for DGCA CPL exams.
In this video, I share specific tips that helped me to clear the DGCA CPL exams in the 1st attempt. These tips will help you in your DGCA CPL exam preparation & hopefully will help you to clear your DGCA exams in the 1st attempt as well.
My goal is to help you in your DGCA exam preparation. I know that many of you find the DGCA CPL exam tough & it would be difficult to clear DGCA exams without proper guidance, hence I am creating these videos to help you understand the DGCA CPL exam better & to help you in your DGCA exam preparation. I’ll make sure that the DGCA CPL exams are no longer a burden but something you'd truly enjoy.

You don’t need to start from class 11th itself, you can start after your 12th exams. And I do teach DGCA CPL subjects. You can drop in an email here for details :-

just gave Met and Regs this month, the questions are no more directly from ic joshi and rk Bali, it seems like the pattern has changed completely, with concept based questions more.
@@SarikaRathee-si1dz yeah I cleared met. Regs missed by one question. The paper was very tricky. It's no more the same like earlier with direct qs , everything is conceptual based now. And so was rega this time. I have taken no coaching but I think with thorough prep with conceptual understanding, one can definitely clear it. Also I would like to know why did the instructor say it's going to more tough after the August attempt, why is that so ?

No question banks will help you for Tech, reading Oxford texts is the only way out :)
If we are planning to do ME-IR then do we need to apply for tech specific for the single engine aircraft?
Yes, unless you’re planning to do your entire CPL on Multi engine aircraft 😂

You can try tbh. You don’t need classes for Met & Regs but it’s generally recommended to take classes for Nav, Tech & RT

No, it’s not compulsory to give all the exams at once. The papers you have cleared, you don’t need to give again

You must complete maths from open school (NIOS), and after that you are eligible to become a pilot. After 12th class you need to complete the DGCA exams.

You can become decent at it if you work on it. Moreover, generally we use 10th level physics & maths in aviation.

Sir, I'm in 11th and i want to start preparing for dgca exam. There are total 6 subjects in dgca exam right? Which ground classes should i prefer ? Or should i take drop after 12th and then prepare for exam. The syllabus of 12th std is totally different from dgca syllabus right? So should i need to joi different classes for dgca exam ?
Hey there! I’m currently preparing for my exams at a ground school.
I’d advise you to finish your 12th first. Don’t rush it! Having your 12th done with is essential, as you’ll need it to apply for your computer number to appear for the exams

If you put in the efforts daily, I’d say 6-8 months to clear everything

If you’re flying from NZ, you don’t have to give Technical subjects in India, that’ll be included in the exams that you’ll give in New Zealand

RTR is a different ball game, took me 3!!! Lack of time is what got me, especially in Part 1, eventually cleared it!

Honestly, not needed right now. Just focus on your 12th & do your best. Try to score 75+ in your Physics, Maths & English. It’ll be helpful in future :)

Yes, NZ frtol will be converted into an Indian one, once you come back. It’ll have a validity of 5 years
