Suggested EXODUS 90 modification - try a NAVY shower that we use at sea. Start with lukewarm water, get yourself and soap good and wet, then shut the water off, lather and scrub, then turn water back on and rinse off in COLD water. Works great for those who have a tough time with COLD and is still a fair degree of penance.
Hey Matt, you should try Exodus 90 again, but instead of quitting after one mistake, keep trying. Maybe keep a tally of how many times you've messed up, and keep trying until you get zero or something. One mistake does not make you a failure. Accidentaally forgot and took one warm shower? 1 tally mark, and use that tally mark as a reminder to keep taking cold showers. It isn't about the asceticism; it's about getting closer to God, and to continue trying. We don't just go off the wall after we commit one sin. We go to confession and we keep trying to avoid sin. Hopefully, you go back because Exodus 90 has been phenomenal for me.

One editing note: Unfortunately, in a lot of your videos lately, the outro clip has been a much higher volume than the clip itself, so while I'm listening to the clip, suddenly the outro comes on and blasts my ears. It might be helpful to rebalance the volume of the outro to be the same as the clip so that when someone turns up the volume on the clip itself they don't hurt their eardrums at the end of the video. About EXODUS 90: After a week the app informed me that in order to continue, I have to pay USD 10/month. This is just DISGUSTING. Nice blahblahblah about masculinity and sainthood and then, after a week they just show their real face: it is all about money. Did I say it's just DISGUSTING?
@@CHAZER-sp5cm : There is a slight difference between doing a charity work (while asking for some reasonable contribution to cover the expenses) and a business model that looks like a noble project while it is just a smokescreen to secure the constant flow of big money to their account.
