@@Roffle Not sure that works anymore. The recent Echo changes may or may not also apply to cards that just say 'repeatable this turn', and they prevent the Echo copies of cards costing 0 mana (if they should cost 0 mana, they cost 1 instead).

I don’t know if you’ve done this deck already, but I ran into some menagerie mages and priests yesterday in wild making use of the tasty flyfish card and some of the karazhan battlegrounds cards. Perhaps you could try an odd menagerie mage with Jan alai as a finisher? I’m trying it out tomorrow after my final exam so I’ll probably zone out in the middle of the test and theorycraft it!

Some people generally dislike aggro decks and Pirate Warrior was, for a time, the premier aggro deck so there is a lot of bias against it. I personally have no issues with it and will try it soon with the new cards.
Why are all the cards in this expansion so broken though? A warlock 8 mana 4/12 that gives you a 6/6 when your hero is damaged? Thats 10/18 for 10 mana....
Why are people still playing the same old decks on day one of the expansion? Like where the fun in that? Do they just wait for people to post the highest win rate decks and copy it?
Have to be playing a class with good aoe, and remember to save at least one for when 4 8/8s happens. Priest has at least 4 aoe that can deal with it, warrior has brawl, paladin has shrink ray, shaman has scheme, warlock has twisting nether or godfrey,
Shudder wouldn't be very good in this deck. You'd end up with a board full of 2/1 Rush minions... Plus, you want the game to be over before turn 9 most of the time.
Blizzard allowing Shamans' Dragon's pack card thru this long after DoD launch is why i dusted every card I had uninstalled Hearthstone & spit on my phone. ....&..Why cant a multi-million dollar company fix a bug thats been in game since launch...*Spinning wheel of eternity*...Thnx activision/blizz..now nickle & dime some1 else.Done

My favorite thing is standard right now is to play zentimo plus invocation if frost. It's a huge tempo swing.

I did Odd Menagerie Mage before the expansion (with the Battlegrounds cards) but will probably try again with the new dragons.
