Which country are you in? Because I have lived in Norway the US and Finland and swedes are not known as the best unfortunately. They have some topnotch musicians but not enough as to be spoken of so highly in my experience.

I once found a database on the internet with over 700 listed Swedish metal bands (most in english though), I just can't find it again. You can also engine search for posts on swedish forums specifically asking for swedish music in swedish to share. I found like 15 metal bands, can't remember most of them though, it was for someone else who asked the same question.
You can browse for swedish artists there, chart musics there. You can also search on google for swedish charts, there are a lot of english songs but also swedish songs. I also recommend Stiftelsen, singer is the same of Takida, but he sings in swedish in Stiftelsen.
I don't speak Swedish but my Swedish friend told me that I should listen to Veronica Maggio. I really love Jag Kommer, Kurt Cobain, and Nöjd. She's such a great and talented singer.
