I literally ended a friendship over this because I got tired of watching a friend's boyfriend absolutely destroy him. He was on the path to finally exercising routinely and managing his health in a way that was for the better given his diabetes and other health issues, and suddenly he meets this guy that is into feeding him excessive amounts as well as being a toxic piece of shit, gains about 50 pounds in a few months, and now he has just fully adopted the lifestyle of giving up on self improvement for the sake of his own health. It was a really sad decision, but I really could not bear to watch him damage himself in this way any more and I just had to separate myself from the situation because he would just not listen to reason. I honestly do not expect him to make it past his 40s and I have no idea what I could have done to alleviate the situation. These people just suck, and that's all there is to it.
Unless the friend was willing to listen to your side and how the situation was truely going, there really isn't much you can do except protect yourself from being negatively impacted by that.

She had to wait something like 3 days before the city could remove her body from the back bedroom. they had to make a plan to move her because of her severe size. just some things that i think are important: emily/tommy was only dating colleen for around a year (2023 to 2024). in the bio, it shows that colleen was already over 1000lbs in early 2023. emily is most likely a feeder, but i also feel like it's unfair to put all of the blame on her. she enabled colleen's lifestyle and probably got pleasure from it, but she did not get colleen that big. i mean, in the bio you read it even stated she was trying to regain mobility and lose weight to have a normal life with emily, so she might have even been encouraging her to do so. i doubt it since colleen was definitely still eating ridiculous amounts of food when they were together, but we definitely are missing parts of the story.
that being said, emily can still potentially be a feeder (even a death feeder), and she's gross for enabling colleen's lifestyle the way that she did. it's also gross for her to move on immediately after colleen passed away. she was talking to alr two months after, dating three months after, but she had been messaging others before messaging alr too so imo she most likely went on the prowl immediately.
