She is my Lama because she practices what she preaches and she lives so lightly on the earth.
And she’s completely devoid of bullsh*t. A truly exceptional human being. Thank you Tenzin Palmo ☮️🙏🏼🌹

I dont take on karma of others I'm not trained for that but I do wish for all beings to achieve speedy enlightenedment 🙏

Only because you don't want to be trained for that. You are the little being deciding to be selfish and tiny by saying that, and your own progress on the path will be slowed because of your selfishness toward others.

@@tenzinthomasmasami Well just take my "selfish karma" as the bigger being & have a great life

@@tenzinthomasmasami what do you suggest as a way to start this training? I live near Ann Arbor, Michigan USA. I am unsure if I should study and learn to meditate on my own or if it is better to look towards being in a community. I wonder if the Karuna Buddhist Center
is associated with Tenzin Palmo? Thank you.🙏

@@seidemsh Hi there @seidemsh and thanks for your question! Ann Arbor has some great Tibetan Buddhist resources near you. The Karuna Buddhist Center you mention is Karma Kagyu and Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo is Drukpa Kagyu, so branches of the same school (these little differences shouldn't matter too much for someone just getting started). Ann Arbor also has the main American center of Gelek Rimpoche, quite a distinguished teacher in the Gelugpa school, and Demo Rinpoche now teaches there every Sunday and the center offers a wide range of programs, such as meditation instruction, classes that teach the path to enlightenment and ritual activities as well. If I were you, I would explore both centers' various offerings after exploring each website first. Go for Sunday teachings or a class session or ritual and check the places out! Best of luck to you on your journey and maybe at the same time make a friend with a homeless person who you look for each week or something like that. As a way to "start this training." 📿 🙏

I feel the need to fix things sometimes,
for example! Is it Buddha's belief that man can be defeated by a woman?
Is that a little chauvinist and ingnorant!?
Thanks for insights, books, talks tenzin
    Namaste
Allthough i know that you lied too as well as rinpoche, annie from jura etc

Ouch. You know she lied? Those are strong words, and maybe the comment section is not the best place for it. I hope that you've reached out directly for clarification. 🙏
