Not only is this build worth it, I almost feel like I should apologize to the behemoths. 😅 Seriously though, thank you for it, man. For those who don't want to run predator, I swapped the gauntlets to Boreal Might and the chest to the Skraevwing Jacket. Mod accordingly and you can get this exact loadout except with +6 adrenaline instead of +6 predator. Dodge roll spam before axe throw and thats a 30% dmg increase from adrenaline so you're only missing out on 5% compared to predator. It's a lot more consistent if you aren't an absolute unit of a gamer and don't get touched lol
It's a possibility to do that! But for the axe (because of how it is). I always recommend getting used to predator because otherwise the axe is....wild lol
@@Bossmanchan +6 Endurance gives total of 200 stamina (210 if you maxed upgrade in the upgrade tree). +6 Adrenaline gives 3% damage boost per 10 stamina missing. 20 x 10 is 200 (your stamina count) Therefore, 20x 3% = 60% total. The descriptions of the cells have all the info you will need.

Been messing around with different cells on axe, currently using Adrenaline/Predator/Reduce with fire and tempest and koshai lantern. gives +30/+35/+50 damage bonus, but fire eats away at hp pretty quickly. That being said I landed a 26K Crit with it on hunt. (Shame that Parasitic doesn’t proc from fire)

I got a question tho, I'm having trouble picking a single set for each piece of weapon, for instance I dont have a lot of spaces for loadouts, so I'm using 1 for each weapon atm Like I wanna use some sort of axe build but there's like 3 options, and pikes too and others... how would you suggest I should build each weapon ? Obviously it depends on what I wanna achieve but still got difficulty with this..
The only real answer is to watch the videos and see which build interests you. If you like a particular build after watching the combat demonstration, build it and then play that build. If it meets your expectations, you can use a loadout slot for it. This is the ideal way to do things, because the "best" build is the one that suits you the most and this is something you have to choose for yourself
this is a version I made and that you can test if you ever get bored. Discipline Shrike lantern reuse cell Agurus axe with grim onslaught and overcharged cylinder. Assasin’s frenzy and invigorated koshai bond Timeweave helm impulse cell Malkarion’s grasps impulse cell thrax’s shadow pulse cell thrax’s guile pulse cell so how it works is that you use shrike lantern before grim onslaught and have less than 50% stamina for invigorated. Then you have full bonus with slayer’s path bonus and from impulse. Wait for koshai bonus and have predator bonus. stack your pulse and have full axe metre at level four of determination for best results. Then when you have these you should be able to dish out good throws and trigger assasin’s frenzy and reuse for mire attack speed. Then go ham:).
I can get up to 70k dmg with impulse + puls and urska legendary axe and still hit up to 9k dmg with normal charged hits in hunting grounds. I wonder what numbers i could get in escalations But anyway I am going to update my build with this terra legendary axe to get the 50% more dmg
This build is a monster but wouldn't another axe do more total bc u have to not attack the behemoth to get it to work, would a frostwolf shield build do more damage total?
Nope lol. You can try and see the DPS diff. The 4 seconds you have to wait is worth it for the massive throw. You can run other types of axe builds btw, but in general for the biggest possible damage. This one works

just got back playing the game after a 1 year hiatus to let you know that your old build still works 2021-2022 which was Sovereign Wrath, Iceborne, Skarn, Timeweave Helm, Gnasher Cloak, Boreal Might & March with 6 - Energized, Overpower, Pulse, Tough, Tenacious 3 - Sharpened, Predator Literally your builds is timeless now im gonna try this build
so im wondering if you could give some comentary idk how to make this betteri would use disapline but healing gets low, rev takes away hp every use so thats not good unless its a bit sheilded build and everything just doesent match and i cant rly get it to do more dmg i be doin at least 4k - 12k and staying up bc the healing and tenetios right but i be seeing ppl doin like 12k to 21k its crazy any advice? {in blazworks ]

Yeah frost esca buffs are crazy if you follow my talent guide. There are ways to hit up to 80 or 100k, but you need to take the talent which keeps your frostbite high lul

You can if you want. The build will just lose its main form of interrupt and a chunk of DPS. Essentially you can do anything you like with any of my builds. Just take note that any change will always make the builder weaker. If that's okay with you. You can alter whatever you want lol
@@BingusFring Like I said, you can change it if you want, it will just make you weaker lol. Ideally you shouldn't need more lifesteal if playing correctly. A few swings should get you back to full health. This build is played with Predator so you need to be avoiding damage.
Get tenacious lol. You just have to open Cell Cores. If you haven't done your cell farming yet, make sure you do so early in the game so you have all the basic (non-trial) cells. It's extremely important if you want to make builds. I always tell every player starting this game or starting to work on their character in this game, please devote about 10 hours (over however many play sessions) to island hopping so that you can farm all the cell cores you need. After that you can enjoy the game with 0 problems.
Does anyone have any idea why the damage varies for me so much? I went into a training grounds and I do either 8k or 20k and I have the exact same buffs?
you can swap out predator for overpower. However it overall isnt as usefull most times as predator. If you do use overpower id instead use revenant. You can instantly stun a behemoth to start off the fight with ur axe throw then afterwards use revenant. i am usually able to get a behemoth close to half hp using this method fairly fast however using this playstyle requires you to focus on staggers and part breaks which can be hard

I use +6 adrenaline and +6 endurance. That's 60% damage increase.

I solo’ed a shock escaltion with this build! Towards the end i did 35k damage to malk!!
Instant results without legendary armour but got most of the stats

Update I compared the damage in a frost escalation and I was level 13, I hit 2 20ks, 2 40ks, and one 60k

Instead of tenacious-tough. I sent sharpened and bladestorm. Get the crit wait then walk up. Dodge an attack. Dodge back and throw. I hit 61k

Not really, any of the sword builds on my channel (that don't have the word "easy") are designed for end game so use those :)

nah its because if you have full meter on throw because it can do like 2,5 times more damage I think

Nothing, there is no other way to effectively increase damage. So for axe, please get used to predator to use it at maximum efficiency.
