Well they could actually make a really good movie about it. Him marrying the girl of his life with a dream in mind and that same dream taking that girl away. Edit: And at the end he could ask the question at how fat one is able to go for a dream even if it costs you everything else
That's one of the big questions I had when I wrote about Ben. What was the ultimate price he paid for the journey, and was it worth it? I think in his case, it was. It broke him in almost every way possible, but how many people set out to do something so incredible, keep going year after year despite overwhelming odds, and ultimately succeed?
Unfun fact: To accommodate their bodily wastes, Ben Carlin installed a marine toilet underneath the cushions of the passenger seat, meaning there was no privacy whenever he and his wife had to do business Moreover, while they were sailing across he Atlantic, the constant rocking of the waves caused the disgusting putrid contents to spill over the toilet bowl rim, causing the inside of the cabin to smell even worse, along with the gasoline, exhaust fumes and human sweat odors!
What he fails to mention is that Ben was an arrogant violent man who when he finished had isolated himself there was no on at the finish line. What he did was amazing even today would be. But he was a deeply flawed guy who sabotaged himself the point that no one even bothered staying in contact with him.
Sailing? I would be more worry about food and fresh water. Crossing ocean in this little raft took much time for sure. They ate raw fishes and drinks blood?

You guys should do a video on what it takes to be a Classical Indian dancer. One of the best in the Us is the Nartan Academy in Overland Park, Ks. Their dancers are amazing. Not at all what you see online. The teacher, Ritu Daga, even has a world record

When crossing the Atlantic and Pacific Ben added about 900 gallons of fuel capacity in a cigar-shaped steel tank that he towed behind the jeep.
