We asked the stars of the Champions Hockey League who they would like to share a line with. Linemates of their dream. We got some basic answers like Wayne Gretzky, Alexander Ovechkin or Mario Lemieux, but also some surprises.

Champions Hockey League (CHL) is the competition where the best teams of Europe come to play and compete to be European club champion. 48 teams from 13 countries participate in the 2016-17 season. The new champion will be crowned on 7 February 2017.

What the hell are they answering? Do they want to win or just play with teammates from their national teams?
And eventhough Gretzky holds all the records, he wouldn't have any protector in today's ice hockey and couldn't take or dish out tackles, so he's far from the most complete player.
I would choose
LW Ovi
C Forsberg
RW Lemieux
D Orr or Howie
D Lidstrom
I believe that the combination of Forsberg(Best passer/2-way player of all time and the most complete player of all time, holding the puck, looking for a pass), Mario(the best goal scorer of all time) and Ovi(the second best goal scorer of all time) together with Lidstrom and Orr would be unbeatable.
The fins were choosing fins.. come on. The only fins that could be considered are Selanne and Jari Kurri. A line without Mario and with Selanne wouldn't be that much worse. Jagr, Datsyuk and Crosby are also contenders.
