I grew up watching the Avs in Colorado. Forsberg was one of those few athletes who had the ability to take over games. His defensive prowess, offensive skillset, and physical presence were quasi-supernatural. In 30 years of watching the sport, I have yet to see a more compete forward.

One of my favorite Avs players of all time. Loved watching him knocking players down while having the puck

Forsberg in his prime was unstoppable, i remember him being injured and missing the whole 02-03 regular season then coming back and dominating in the playoffs, it was one of the most impressive things i ever seen

I installed an unused Peter Forsberg Easton Hybrid blade on my ancient two piece hockey shaft last year and showed my son before a game. He asked me where I got the new Filip curve because it was only labelled with his last name. I feel old.

I watched Peter play for the Av’s in Denver over the years,
He was the most unselfish player on the ice at all times.
He was incredible and other teams had no clue how to stop him.

This was such a good video! More content like this with 90's and early 2000's players would be awesome. The NHL was so good back in those days.

    Loves Football/soccer
    Loves Hockey.
I can relate with Forsberg a lot haha (although I'm a United fan and not a Spurs fan 😂)

2nd. How could this NOT be a part of the interview?!? The logo was right there! Why did he get involved? Why is skate protection important to him?
He also commented multiple times on how his feet were jacked in skates. Chris should have followed up with what kind of skates he wears now or ask about what Forsberg things about the ability to customize skates today vs 30 years ago.
      So many lost opportunities

That is a separate video mattm1296. Already filmed! We can only fit so much into one video without it turning into something else. "Questions with" is meant to be light, easy, fun ! not serious. So I saved that for a different video.

Had Lindros not held out, I wonder if Philadelphia would have won multiple cups in the late 90s to early 2000s instead of Quebec/Colorado

    Lol wtf are these questions?

  • @mattm1296
    @mattm1296 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

Man, you gotta ditch some of these questions. Celebrity crush?! You’re not talking to high schoolers, you’re talking to grown men with families. The third person to not give an answer. The car question has also fallen like a dud.
Never one to criticize without offering suggestions so here are some: Thoughts about progression of sticks (materials, flex, weight, etc) or skates (weight, stiffness, comfort, etc)? Most changed piece of equipment from when you played? Most UNchanged piece of equipment? Favorite EQM and why? Favorite rink, city, teammate? Single most memorable game? Thoughts about how training/diets/focus of players today? Thoughts on the game itself and how it’s changed?
Try and get some insight from these players on the game and how it’s changing. Would be great to hear their perspective

The most lop-sided trade in history. Can you believe the Flyers traded this guy? Maybe the best non-Canadian in history.
