    do you have to be asleep for this to work. can u be awake and it take affect when yo go to sleep later after listening to it

      Right before bed is the best time but honestly even if you are awake it will seep into your subconscious.

      @@g1anah this helps you to manifest, you need to put a lot of effort into it too. After listening to this for like 3 months, I gained more muscle mass than I did in 2 years
