Hi Crystal, I am seriously having so much fun watching you opening all these goodies this beautiful Friday Morning! Funny part was I just happened to wake up at 2am hurting, could not fall back asleep after tossing and turning for about 2 hours, popped out of bed, turned this video on my computer and was enjoying watching all this wonderful yarn goodness whilst waiting for my meds to kick in, then I picked up my cell phone whilst watching this video and Gary's video popped up and I saw your comment on his 240 Happy Mail from (you) and I was his thumbs up number 444, then I heard him saying how much he loved the "Treasure Trove" of yarns you gifted to him, which made me KNOW for a fact that I am where the angel's will have me to be at this very moment in time. I will not have it any other way. Why, well first I love Yarn as much as we (all) do and second, I love Everyone in our yarn community, especially you and Gary! Your channels are 2 of my most favorite channels to watch. I LOVE YOU BUNCHES.

Sad to say, I think a lot of us was bullied in school. It's nothing new. If you/we were different, you'd get picked on. It wasn't bad at my small school. I literally grew up with almost all the same kids in our small town. Most of us still keep in touch. ❤
I love the idea of putting the brown with the purple... Brown is a great neutral and goes with everything! I would definitely use the two together, since they are the same fibers!

Hey Crystal, just what we needed a yarn video. Those needles are double point needles for knitting the crown of a hat as it gets smaller. They are also used for knitting socks, which I don't do. Those are 16 inch circular needles to knit a hat in the round. Not a bad hall for knitters but, all my circular knitting needles are from Germany. I'm going to yarn store in Brooklyn tomorrow, to get the hand dyed yarn they are holding for me. Thinking of doing another sleeve scarf in a stripped version. Man that Malabrigo pattern book looks nice. Most of the yarn stores here in NYC don't sell pattern books. I used to be able to get a knitting magazine, and also a crochet one. My Mom loved them for patterns, and she could do crochet as well as knit. Love the color of the blue, and with a lighter shade of blue would make a nice drop shoulder sweater or cardigan. The Hedgehog fibers yarn is beautiful. I made a cable scarf with their 100% wool in the color Crush. Great hall of yarn for mystery box.

Hi Crystal that fine knitting needle is knit a wedding ring lace shawl. So that when the shawl is completed it will fit through a wedding ring. They are beautiful 😊
I loved your mystery box! Looks like you made out like a bandit. Of course I didn't get notified again. Or maybe I did. When this came out, I was pretty sick so I wasn't on my devices as much, it was more, sleep and Netflix, drink as many fluids as I could, take meds, repeat. Lol
Brown is my favorite too, along with a buttery yellow. I got made fun of as a kid in school too for wearing brown lace-up boots at recess but they were beautiful
Brown was my favorite color too. Then orange and forest green. At nearly 60 earth colors and the forest are still my calm place.

The mindful knitting needles are great….i am both a knitter and crocheter…those needles are expensive but very nice. They come with a stitch marker…awesome sets…hedgehog fibers yarn would knit a beautiful musselburgh hat…or socks. Just started knitting socks and have made 8 pairs already.

Hi Crystal , l knit and crochet. The needles in the boxes with the charm like things are indeed stitch markers the circular knitting needles are used for knitting in the round or closing up hats and knitting socks. You did really well with your mystery box. The knitting needles alone would cost a good chunk of what you paid for the whole box. I am sure Gary would love the malabrigo knitting book. And he would definitely knit you things out of it that you love. Sending love and hugs from across the pond. ❤

I love your yarn fingers! You know the boxes/bag are good when the fingers start dancing. I cried in grade school to because of my weight and my flare ups of psoriasis.

You Know One knitter! ME!! Crystal, what an amazing buy!! All that wonderful yarn and the patterns and then all the notions!! I would give anything to get some knitting needles but when I price them they just don't fit into my budget!!! Back about 7n years ago, a person broke into my house and stole all my jewelry, my wigs, all my knitting and crocheting needles plus many other items!! She pawned them about an hour away from my house, I was in the hospital at the time she robbed me, It turned out she was a major durg addict, cocain, herowin etc! In any case I had welcomed her into my home for a visit and fixed her lunch and we had a great afternoon! I never realized she was such a bad person!! I felt like my entire world was gone!! My husband had died, my daughter had died just before my hubby and then I wound up in the hospital with a mega badly broken leg! She ripped what was left of my life from me!! It took a long time to get over what she had done !! After that, I would look and price new Needles but really couldn't afford them. Still can't afford them. A very nice lady in the hos[ital here in MI. Gave me a crochet hook and some yarn and although it was not expensive yarn it felt good to be able to do what I loved doing!! Right now I am making some of your hats, which I will donate to the cancer clinic in Boise,, Idaho because that is where my granddaughter has to go every other day for chemo, she has stage 4 Liver cancer, she is only 30 years old and this is her 4 time they have found cancer in the last 10 years!! She is also a fetal alchoal ,Drug baby and she is mentally about 13!!! But my best friend has raised her since birth since the birth mother wanted nothing to do with her!! And when she was about 6 she asked if I would be her grandma and I told her of course!!! Well now that I have written a book, I will say God bless you and keep up the wonderful videos!!! I have looked at the bamboo needles and used to own about 7 of them but what I found was that over a year of use they started snagging the yarn, and when I spent hoursspinning the wool and all the prep time that goes into the wool, the last thing I needed were those bamboo needles! They were clover brand. I managed a proper knit and yarn shop so I was able to try many different types of knitting kneedles and crochet hooks!! As for crochet hooks I hand many that were pure Ivory and in their day must have been very expensive! I was given all my grandmothers crochet hooks and knitting needles!! I even had a crochet hook that was bone!! I got used to boye crochet hooks and as for knitting needles I loved susan bates, they had like a teflon coating on them and the yarn just glided over them!! I had all that up until that person robbrd me!! So now I have nothing except what a very kind assisstant to the hospital Minister gave me and they are boyecrocet hooks like the ones I used to have!! I just wanted Crystal to know if she wanted to sell those knitting needles I might be interested in buying a couple at a time!! The needles look to be very nice and I think they would hold up very well!! In anycase, I have again written another book!! I hope you are well and that you stay safe!
