100grams for a 200lb lifter is miniscule. Youre leaving alot of gains on the table by not eating. Aim for 180g atleast. im 230lb and my macros are 300C/250P/60-70F sitting comfy.
@@WheresMyPho Thanks. Do you notice a difference when youre not eating 300g? lets say you eat 150g instead? Gonna try to get in at least 180-200g from now
@@steffen-andrejensen4309 im 160-170 and i eat anywhere from 200-250 on a given day. I honestly dont notice much difference when eating more or less protein in terms of gains and recovery, but i do notice that i feel tighter and more dense when eating higher protein.
First and good point on doing what u can on the base level to improve. Mentality is probably the biggest takeaway.
Thank You Joey! #JoeyIsTheGoat
So consuming
100g prot vs 200g prot for a 200 pound guy will make a huge difference?

@@steffen-andrejensen4309 bro dont look for short cuts if you want the best results. 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.
Damn......on my best days i get around 120-130gs as a 207lb lifter 😅@@WheresMyPho
