Not worth it to a point IMO. Pushing the brink with the frequency to try and surpass a rival that has a healthy upper hand on you, and gettin injured is usually what happens.

Haha my dilemma now is if i should try using smaller knee sleeves for squats, currently, a 105 competitor using "Large".
try med first, but it depends on your calf size tbh then knee size after. gotta get it over claves first know
