Very nice interview I would have taken taken this guy in a second very relaxed and pleasing personality. Hii Dr. Aditya what should be done next if someone didnt get marched despite of having good step1 and 2 marks ....and didnt get any interview ...despite of good cv and all ....wht to do next ? Should join any research programmn or any observership ...will it be helpful ?

Bhai ya mai russia mbbs parne ja raha hu, oha pe hame har semester ke books diya jayenge to kya mai india se books like bd chaurasia etc le jao ya oha ke books aur india ke books me zada parak nehi hoga kyuki bad me next ki preparation bhi karni hogi

Sir some people suggest me to do only question practice and to fully avoid studying theory part from ncerts and any other sources.
