I made a quiche that had whole frozen peas, shedded zucchini, bacon , Nancy's cottage cheese ( it's richer) Romano, vegan cheese too...a tbs on onion soup mix bc I was out of onions 1/4 c oat flour I made in the nutribulet , bacon, extra crispy, a crust with bacon fat half wheat flour and half regular flour, bc the wheat alone falls apart I think this was definitely my best quiche creation. I usally love spinach.

I usually make a Pea or Spinach Quiche for St. Patrick’s Day, Easter and occasionally Christmas. Just because it’s a lovely Green color. Happy Spring! 💚💐💚💐💚
