What makes Paddy my inspiration, is that everything is real. No flexing a bag with money, No bling bling and telling the camera man how much he is worth and so on.

I watch ALOT of training camps and there are very few fighters getting back to the grind as intensely as that from the first days - love him or hate him he works hard despite the lazy non-caring narrative some give him. Paddy is a true fighter at the end of the day and he's always improving, entertaining, and always going for the finish. Some people should learn to appreciate his fights more rather than trying to find flaws - but that's what they'll do when you're successful. Keep up the good work Paddy!

Is that really what you looked like in the thumbnail? Congrats, bro! I looked just like that when I was 15. Was 340lbs at my heaviest. My brother, who was also very fat, came home one summer from college super skinny and I was jealous as hell. From that day forward, I told myself I’d look like that, too. Started eating right, exercising 4-5 days a week, and got on Weight Watchers. Within the first few months I dropped 50lbs. By the time I was 17, I was down to ~150lbs, put on some muscle after that and got up to 175. Been that weight ever since. I’m 35 now. It wasn’t always easy but I just pushed myself any time I was faltering. Anyone can do it, just gotta stay determined. No excuses. No bullshit. Proud of you man 🫡
