I remember when I was getting confident with my back lips on down rails on this one try I wanted to slide the entire rail and I locked a back tail and just completely shot out and got OWNED hahaha. Humbled me up on back lips real quick. One of them bails so bad that it makes u literally sick and want to throw up hahaha.

2 cents... 1.- Frontside BS. 2.- Well catched BACKSIDE PARALLEL OLLIE over the rail, (backside not 180) until you feel comfortable and safe. 3.- Once you parallel pass the bar just turn the board to a FS BS position USING YOUR FRONT FOOT. The back foot will turn effortlessly. Begginers sometimes try to turn the board just with the back foot losing control. Off course if you are a switch genius this doesnt apply. But it is a way of making it easier.

Focus on the front board slide more than any other part of the trick while your doing it and its easier. Just make sure to get your back trucks over the rail!
I know front lips very well but I'm never trying this lmao cos I've skated for 10 years and I don't do front boards. I'm just watching because I think this trick looks cool 🤣
