He’s not shocked because of her body type. In the game he was supposed to have been talking to a girl on a dating app for a few days but she was actually sending him pictures of some complete other woman and even claimed to be a student his age when she’s actually in her late 20s. I’d say suddenly realising that the person you’ve been talking to for days doesn’t actually exist is plenty reason to react this way.
