The video calls out Duras, but come on as soon as K'Ehleyr showed up with a kid, that's death. Worf's kid? That's the double death. One more for Enterprise, in season 3 the episode Similitude Trip gets a clone, we're told from the start he's not going to live, but as soon as we get some T'Pol action, we know they're not coming up with a way to save him.

Honorable mention: Connolly, Spock's replacement in Star Trek: Discovery season 2 episode 1. Since Spock would return sooner or later, he was guaranteed to die the moment he stepped out of the transporter pad. And once he joined the away mission with Burnham, Pike, and Nhan, he was pretty much 200% dead.

I would include every single TOS red shirt death where they get vaporized, melted down or end up with their molecules floating in space. Like the dude who gets zapped by M5, the red shirts who get zapped by Nomad, the dude who gets zapped by the Gorn, the two who get beamed into space, etc. Also commodore Decker -- you knew he was doomed as soon as he started melting down about the Doomsday Machine.
