Just a personal preference here, but in recent years, ive been enjoying more cut and lightly editted content from streams, where i can read chat as well, but again, im here for the person first and content second, so whichever works for you, ill be here.
Recently, I got into your vids from that shout-out from Regis, and honesltly have been loving the channel. Any additional content is a bonus, regardless of whether it's interactive or not. Love the creativity and work that you put into your content, keep it pushin and stay healthy.
The other night I played you and sniffed out Death/Bird shenanigans. The goofy grin on my face while I plopped Mobius down lasted all of two turns…until your Deathstrike put me back in my place 😵 Keep it up man! You’re an inspiration to us all
I don't want you to burn out again so I understand wanting to be able to double job and stream while also getting TH-cam content. However, what happens with twitch streams to TH-cam is you feel like the interaction is between you and the stream and not with the TH-cam audience. Your usual videos make me feel like I am fully a part of your plays and thought process, which is super enjoyable.
if you wanted to do a bit of both, I think starting off with 1-2 games explaining how to pilot the deck, followed by however many stream highlights could work!
Deck spotlights from the stream are great if it means more content (esp if it’s not a ton of work for you). As long as it doesn’t take away from your usual stuff that we all love, I think it’s a great idea!
I prefer the old style videos, it feels more personal and a deeper connection 🥹 its like you're a friend and only talking to the person watching and it creates a warm personal DIRECT feeling to the viewer, please keep the old style videos, its what made ur channel so special to me😢
I typically don’t care for streams but I liked this one. You do a good job narrating still during the stream. I don’t mind the audience interaction with it. If it gives us another video a week, I would say go for it!
Some advice. There's a right answer here. Add this into the rotation. More content = more content. Still do your deep dives, but these are very easy to make in comparison. Your subs will enjoy it, but you're always trying to bring in more subscribers. I promise you, it's fine with the subs. The important thing is adding more to the channel. Stream rips are a lot easier and the time you spent streaming is valued even more. Do a short intro on the build ( in this case lady d) why it's good with the list you have and go. I also reccomend to lean into it while streaming. Mark it or in a word doc mark the games you want to rip to make editing easy. Game 1,3,4,6,9 etc that's going in the yt video. As you play and add your good games to rip, circle/bold the number of the best game(s) as you go. That way, you can place it as the first game in the youtube video for better retention. More content = more content man. Then it all works itself out from there. Gl!
Thank you! This is really helpful! I have a few tweaks I want to make like adding the chat overlay to the video, but the tip about putting the exciting games early is like an aha moment. For whatever reason I almost always put them in the order they happened, but it would make sense to put the exciting games up front to grab more attention/retention. What I did for this one was start and stop a recording for each game and labeled the ones I wanted to consider adding to the video. That way I had control of the audio tracks in case the game was too loud or mic was too quiet
I’m down for clipped stream videos as long as they aren’t too often. My main thing about these kinda if videos is that some creators will take a few parts and makes 1-2 videos using them, while others essentially turn the stream into a series of videos. So in this case I’d be down to see some games of a deck you used on stream but don’t want it to basically nullify the stream (does that make sense?)
You do you brother. Don't burn yourself out again whatever you do. My personal opinion is that this is close enough to your YT videos I know and love where you intelligently speak on what you're doing and seeing and why, just with occasional interruptions to thank people lol
Hey man, it's you that makes these videos interesting, regardless of format. I found this video as engaging as anything else and if it's easier for you to do it this way I say stick with this!
I think commentating over stream footage is a good use of the tools you've got. Steams are cool but I can rarely make them but its good to see the match footage of the deck running live.
All good with this style of video! Make sure to compare stats from multiple vids as the deck or the thumbnail could play a huge part in the metrics too
Listen, and I mean this honestly. You are appreciated. Whatever makes your life easier and the game more fun will be the best for us all. So please don't let your pride get the best of you and understand that we appreciate you. Thank you for the content ❤
This video was good, but I do prefer the other ones more, but both are worth watching. You're the only Marvel Snap content creator I really like watching, since you have a positive vibe. As long as Thor stays out of the decks, so I don't have to hear "Thor Subject" so much.
I really don't mind it been a cut out, it works the same for me and it is obviously easier on your side. I also rather have this than no TLSG at all. Lady Deathstrike on a deck that works makes me want to come back to the game... If Mockingbird was easier to get i absolutely would try this.
I've never watched you stream as I am a newer viewer, but I did enjoy the video. Still prefere the more focused/play by play ones, but this feels awesome as an extra! Keep up the great work
Hi TLSG! To be honest I like the OG content more, maybe you can do a bit of both? Still do deep dives on decks every now and then? Regardless, we will always definitely click on your new contents, still a fan. :)
i'm all for multi tasking. the only thing i don't love about stream clips on youtube is there can be a lot of times when the streamer is thanking someone/giving a shoutout to someone in chat or having a conversation those of us outside the chat don't have context to. but hey, i'd rather you be able to do your thing the way it makes the most sense for you.
All TSLG is great but one of your key strengths is how well you're able to 'speak your thoughts' so much so that your deck explanations at the start of each vid can be minimized. But the Twitch chat kind of gets in the way of that strength. What if you did some stretches of your hours-long Twitch stream where you focus only on playing/explaining the deck along with a caption to say you're in 'cook mode' or something so audience doesn't get upset. Then do other sections where you relax a bit and engage with chat?
Hmm it won't be as good because of nicos flexibility, but it could be something like iceman or even cable/zemo to steal a card that could reduce your Mockingbird
hey tlsg! just me personally, i dont like putting editied streams on youtube. it really takes me out of the content. you and regiskillbin are the only snap videos where i watch the gameplay because it feels made for youtube. its like going to a statue garden and there is a lifesize carboard stand of the thinker.
The more edited stuff is cool for a deck showcase (especially when you can go more analytical) but I also like less edited and longer streams. If it's easy to upload and means more content then maybe why not? Regardless, just do you!
Maybe you can mix both of these types of videos? Honestly anytime a see you’ve uploaded I click, so this way or the regular way don’t really matter to me
I think you get distracted by chat when streaming and sometimes you don't make the most optimal play.. Still, you should prioritize your time and if it's better for you to edit and upload the vids from your live stream then you should keep doing it. 🙌🏼 Either way, keep up the good work!! I really enjoy your videos
I mean, if you want to apply yourself across the different platforms and improve your overall streamlining with consistency - then...if viewers say that it's not engaging or bland, then simply add some close up shots, or insert random meme and then all the consooomers can be content. Improve the workflow never mess with someone trying to earn.
I'm never gonna say no to MORE TLSG content lol! Hope all is well!
Right? Who wants less TLSG?
Hear hear
Totally agree! I love creative decks that isn't common!
100% agree, more TLSG!
Real
Happy with whatever makes your life easier, man. Every single other creator just takes stream footage with an intro so you’re in good company 😂
Just a personal preference here, but in recent years, ive been enjoying more cut and lightly editted content from streams, where i can read chat as well, but again, im here for the person first and content second, so whichever works for you, ill be here.
I like mixture of stream highlights and deck deep dives
Recently, I got into your vids from that shout-out from Regis, and honesltly have been loving the channel. Any additional content is a bonus, regardless of whether it's interactive or not. Love the creativity and work that you put into your content, keep it pushin and stay healthy.
I am liking this highlight style video, you should keep up with this
Cool to see live content, but love the OG style too!
The other night I played you and sniffed out Death/Bird shenanigans. The goofy grin on my face while I plopped Mobius down lasted all of two turns…until your Deathstrike put me back in my place 😵
Keep it up man! You’re an inspiration to us all
I personally like when people include chat in the video also. Would make way more sense when you are talking to chat.

So good to have you back TLSG 😁
Deck spotlights from the stream are great if it means more content (esp if it’s not a ton of work for you).
As long as it doesn’t take away from your usual stuff that we all love, I think it’s a great idea!
The gameplay is still there, so this works. Multi-tasking for life! 😁
Glad you’re back enjoying it!

Me wondering why TLSG didn't add any buff cards to a Lady Deathstrike deck. 🤔
Me 5 minutes later, trying to clear a lane of 5 power cards... 😂
Personally I like it when you break down your plays more, but I'm going to watch any TLSG content you produce. You are amazing!
You being back is the best thing to happen in marvel snap in a long time!! 🎉

The opponent playing a Thor and then getting a second Thor from x mansion, then your gladiator pulling hammer to buff both of them is peak snap
Great video like any of your regular ones, your play by play is always entertaining!!
Hey man, it's you that makes these videos interesting, regardless of format. I found this video as engaging as anything else and if it's easier for you to do it this way I say stick with this!
I like both TH-cam curated content and Twitch highlights :D
This style of video is FAR superior! I love all your videos, but I think this type of video is better
I like the highlights/streaming style videos SO much more
Muti-task! You're videos are awesome and you're a streamer thousands enjoy. Go easy on yourself buddy!
Deck is really solid. Great video man. Glad you’re back
I think commentating over stream footage is a good use of the tools you've got.

I love both. Your stream games are just as analytical hah.
If you do continue with this style I think you should add a chat overlay if you can fit it in somewhere
This video was good, but I do prefer the other ones more, but both are worth watching. You're the only Marvel Snap content creator I really like watching, since you have a positive vibe. As long as Thor stays out of the decks, so I don't have to hear "Thor Subject" so much.

I'm here regardless!! Just don't burn yourself out! Love your videos
This style is good since I already know what the cards do and more interested in your gameplay and commentary
More videos the more better! Would be cool if you could also include the live twitch chat on screen though
Whatever you want TLSG, if we get more content we are a happy bunch. Let's pump the numbers on the video guys :)
I just got Gladiator so I can't wait to try this deck out!
Any TLSG content is good content! I will never not watch a video that you post, good sir! 😁 you will always have an audience over here! ☺️
Stream gameplay while you're talking about the build is A-okay with me.
TLSG -- I will literally watch whatever you put out. If you want to put out a video, I trust your judgment that it's gonna be awesome!
mystique would be a mistake: RAP GOD
knowing that a pirate's favorite letter is C: DAD JOKE LORD
I like this format, will try to catch you live!
As long as I see TLSG, I watch!
Follow your heart TLSG, don't worry about what the numbers say. We just want your thoughts.
There are so many decks I want to try but my collection level is only like 550!
I have all the cards but mocking bird any replacements?
Love the new content. You should stream on TH-cam along with twitch. Not enough streamers use both
I'm going to be streaming directly to my VOD channel in addition to Twitch starting tomorrow
I've never watched you stream as I am a newer viewer, but I did enjoy the video. Still prefere the more focused/play by play ones, but this feels awesome as an extra! Keep up the great work
I’ll enjoy any form of snap content from u 😊
12:32 why is the third death not free?
They used fogue to steal our mobius
Thanks for another video, TLSG!
Whatever you have time for! Life is crazy and busy so if you do a little of both to get some more time back in your day, do it!
as long as you explain the deck and your thoughts, I'm for the video
With the amount of non ability cards maybe replace mabius with patriot for some more power
Whatever makes it easier for you is best for us. That said, less callouts/responses to stream comments would make the videos flow a bit better.
Both format is amazing.
just in time when i got mockingbird
As long as I get my TLSG daily content, I don't care about the style of it :)
My vote is as long as it's uploaded I'll watch it.
Hi TLSG! To be honest I like the OG content more, maybe you can do a bit of both? Still do deep dives on decks every now and then? Regardless, we will always definitely click on your new contents, still a fan. :)
Is it worth cache to get glad or spend the 3k tokens?
Glad is one of my favorite cards right now both in and out of mill! Depending on your collection he can definitely slot into quite a few places!
i'm all for multi tasking. the only thing i don't love about stream clips on youtube is there can be a lot of times when the streamer is thanking someone/giving a shoutout to someone in chat or having a conversation those of us outside the chat don't have context to. but hey, i'd rather you be able to do your thing the way it makes the most sense for you.

Any video is win keep em coming 👍

You're my boy TLSG!
Personally, I do like this video, and wouldn't mind more of these
what is a good replace for nico?
Mobius can easily be a red Guardian, cull obsidian, or sasquatch!
@@TLSGMarvelSnap found it for mobius, but i'm not sure for nico what to add instead of her
Hmm it won't be as good because of nicos flexibility, but it could be something like iceman or even cable/zemo to steal a card that could reduce your Mockingbird
@@TLSGMarvelSnap thx you so much, i'm looking forward to get nico as my next purchase with tokens
All TLSG is good TLSG 😊
This deck is fun!
Personally I prefer your analytical videos as I always saw you as the teacher of Snap
hey tlsg! just me personally, i dont like putting editied streams on youtube. it really takes me out of the content. you and regiskillbin are the only snap videos where i watch the gameplay because it feels made for youtube. its like going to a statue garden and there is a lifesize carboard stand of the thinker.
This style is good!
I see TSLG i click
edit: By the way do you dual stream to youtube as well?
Starting tomorrow I'll be livestreaming to my vod yt channel while I'm streaming on twitch!
MORE TLSG, i like the ideia
The more edited stuff is cool for a deck showcase (especially when you can go more analytical) but I also like less edited and longer streams. If it's easy to upload and means more content then maybe why not? Regardless, just do you!

Make both 👌

I’ll take TLSG anyway I can get it.
Both! Let's go!
first guy retreating is kind of sus
More More MORE MORE MORE GIVE ME MORE!!!!!!!!!
Plz do miss streams most of the time so highlights would b nice
I mean, if you want to apply yourself across the different platforms and improve your overall streamlining with consistency - then...if viewers say that it's not engaging or bland, then simply add some close up shots, or insert random meme and then all the consooomers can be content.

You actually looks handsome. And I'm not gay.
Get the two birds with one stone. Make yt videos out of the streams. Makes things easier for you so less chance of burn down and being overwhelmed
Great video but ngl I enjoy your old video style more...😢
Do what works for you
love your decks and content but this deck is not strong for this meta, knull ez counter.
Dude, you got kids and a job. Multi-task please.
Bro is naturally multi-tasking, what are you talking about lol
I think he meant that he was supportive of stream deck highlights so that I could multitask making videos while streaming!
@@TLSGMarvelSnap Yes 100% supportive.
@@drbingogh Oh I thought you were suggesting bro was neglecting that stuff lol. All the best guys
@@NocturnalWiseVI Not at all, nothing but respect and support. If this format is easier and makes life better, do this format by all means.
MO content MO better
Rather have TH-cam content separate, gets cluttered with talking to chat repeatedly
