What I immediately thought of when I saw this one was 'Evolve' from Whispers of the Old Gods from Hearthstone and how evolution became one of Shaman's core instruments. Just saying, this card may one day create an archetype on her own in the future.

I love this build, it leans into everything that makes Sersi fun perfectly and it's a blast to play having said that, 2.5 star ratings for competitive is a bit generous, this is not a card you play if you want to win consistently lol
Spiderhams pig is a 0 cost token that's cost is buffed to whatever the card was. When you use Mobius, it turns it into a 0 cost card, so naturally sersi would also treat it as a 0 cost. It's like how pixie doesn't effect the cards that sersi draws even though she changes their cost.
It takes over a month at least to get 4 keys, and you need 4 since it's not guaranteed to get the new card. And tokens are super slow as well. Sersi would be fun but I'm saving for Arishem and maybe Phastos. I used to be able to get everything but the whole game economy changed and now it's super difficult to get new cards. I don't even have Mockingbird like mentioned.
It's good to notice that with Arishem, you can only get him if Sersi transform a 6 cost card like Doom or Leader, and if you transform Arishem, you always get Death.

I think Spider-Ham is really weird, because he's not actually turning Iron Lad into a Pig. He's replacing Iron Lad with a 0/0 Pig then adjusting the Cost/Power to match, hence why the Cost is red and Power is green. It doesn’t always matter, but when you throw Mobius in the mix, it's kinda weird.
Played a match where the opponent dropped Sersi where my White Widow threw a Widow's Kiss. Somehow, Sersi didn't change the Kiss but a Kiss got sent to me without Sersi changing any of the cards into a White Widow.
Sersi has great overall stat increase (on average) but also insane high rolls. It won me 2 games i was ok losing today due to a rogue steal and an alioth on knull
I really appreciate the research into the characters you do. I am always interested in that type of information. I miss when Marvel Snap used to do the "Who is XXX" in the info tab.
I played a few games today where people dropped on Sersi turn five or six. Both were ahead and lost cuz one turned into beast and returned all card back to hand on turn 6 and the other popped a carnage and deleted his lane

She can, in fact turn multiple cards into the same card. My first game with her she turned 2 of my cards both into cosmos that were different variants.
here me out , once ashirem , the 7 cost card comes out - valtentina , the 6 drop she gives you , sersi should give you reliably ashirem or maybe death as the only 7 and 12 cost cards respectively and change valtenia to something more useful too
I wouldn't plan on dropping her on any 5 drops. I've had an almost suspicious amount of Destroyers popping up and ruining my board. Setting up a lane of 3s and 4s for Sersi seems to be the best strategy I've seen so far.
Sersi seems like a card that, to be quite honest, I do not care how competitive she is, if her fun factor makes up for it. And that kind of chaos.... looks like a lot of fun
Did the spotlight because I was missing Miek and loved the phoenix variant. Was extremely dismissive of Sersi and I still am. She doesn’t trash your game as much as I thought but she mostly does a whole lot of nothing. I knew she’d not have a lot of wins but I thought she might be fun. She’s not. It’s too random to get any kind of synergy going. You can expect a max of 15-20 out of the lane and none of the cards there doing much to help your other locations. She needs rework, maybe have her swap cards at your location for cards on one higher cost from your opponents opening deck? Either that or drop her down to like a 2/2 to make her a turn 6 Hail Mary because that’s all her effect is good for. I’d say Howard tier but Howard doesn’t lose you games. She’s not gonna win you games and she’s boring to play with. Nobody needs this card.
It's just sad that the time finally caught up to me where I have to skip so many. Really wish the season pass card week didn't include a spotlight for a week of rest. Card acquisition has gotten unrealistic. 3 times in a row it has taken me 3 to 4 keys to get cards. Last season i had ro skip more thsn ever. Basicallt missed everyone. Nocturne, sage, namora, white widow before thst. And someone else. Bacj to 0 keys after getting Thena
