yesterday i found my old tablet where i have a bunch of emulators so i had to try it, and one of the games i played a bit was real bout for ps1, the one with White as final boss, and the select screen of the new garou is very remanescent of old fatal furys in general, i love this kind of details. I like KOF15 for its gameplay, but this new garou actually has a dna and a style where kof15 was a litte blant, so good to see this is the future of snk.

Looks like KOF: Mark of the Wolves. Griffon/Tizoc looks a little weird now.

It looks like this game is a bit slower and less chaotic in neutral compared to kof no?
At the least at the moment it is. Give the game some time for people to learn it before we can gauge it's actual speed. On the one hand there's no hyper hops which generally speeds up approaches and creates a frenetic pace, on the other hand Rev accel (special to special cancels) is available on blocked Rev arts (EX moves) and people are not yet using it to it's potential.

I thought the griffon characters name was Tizoc?
It's a japanese thing like Marco Rodrigues who became Khushnood Butt for us.

@@JadeJackal4"Tizoc" is the name for that character in the american version of the game, meanwhile "the griffon" is for the Japanese version.
It's the same thing with street fighter, just like "Akuma" is called "Gouki" in japan.

it doesn't look bad. reminds me of Samurai Showdown graphs the most recent. however, think real bout has features like jump to other ground in 2d, I'd be cool to move 360° like in other games, such as soulcalibur. perhaps it wouldn't be Fatal Fury anymore , oh well..

The lane/line system, yeah that was a unique feature that they had since the first FF game. Too bad 2D-only FG fans(the JP fans specifically) absolutely hated it and it was gone with Mark of the Wolves. Sucks, I know.

This game is stiffer than MK.
Hanno trovato un compromesso tra i vecchi sprite ed i personaggi 3D. Con questo cell shading forse han trovato la quadra ed i personaggi sono molto somiglianti agli artwork. Resto scettico sui fondali, che sembrano meno curati. P. s. Lo scenario impiegato per lo scontro Tizoc vs Terry è quello di Raiden... che ci sia pure lui nel rooster?
Si,in effetti c'è un divario grafico tra sfondi e personaggi,anche negli altri giochi recenti fatti da SNK è evidente ciò,questi e quelli di Samurai Shodown però sembrano più curati,quasi dico che quelli di Kof 14 sono meglio del 15,almeno la grafica è uguale,praticamente.Raiden non credo,però per me,essendo questo il finale di Fatal Fury,dovrebbe avere tutti i personaggi di ogni gioco passato,in un modo o nell'altro,anche come futuri dlc.
Io sinceramente vedo pochi miglioramenti grafici rispetto a kof 15. Pochi dettagli in più e shading diverso. È un gioco che potrebbe girare tranquillamente su ps4 slim... Speriamo bene nel gameplay. Così a occhio non mi sembra migliore di sf6 e tekken 8...e a me i giochi snk piacciono...li ho praticamente tutti...
